Kathy, DH's daughter makes us a photo book like that for Xmas every year. It was my suggestion, as they never knew what to get us. Now she makes one for all off the grandparents. All 4 sets. Wish you could share the one you made for your mom, I am certain she will love it. Happy to dwink for you.........so I should be thanking you, not you thanking me!

Karen, I have some empty bottles of liquor your SIL could use. He can jes fill them with water when he gets home, and he can send the newly purchased ones here. All that fuss over a coffee cup, really??? As for the supplements, some retailers way more, some less. Depends what you are looking for, as in quality (I guess) Certain ones, I get from my cancer center, who also sells online (but more expensive) but they are 3rd party tested. Wishing your DD and her hubby a safe trip home, I'm sure you hate to see them leave.

YAY....Gwad Dorkie told me who Cindy is! I never called her by her real name, just TIeDye, so really had NO idea. Yeah, where are you, TieDye? I think someone else has been asking about you too (Allison?). Dork, how neat that your parents use the digital frame! I did one for my mom awhile ago, but she never remembers how to use it, so now it sits in a box. So many things she sees now, she thinks she has never seen before. Sees things like with a child's wonder. She wants to start painting, but has to have me painting with her...just hope she can remember how she mixed her colors, etc., as she was SO good, but I am afraid she will get really frustrated.
Lori, thats sweet of your stepdau to do that...if she makes the same one for more than one person, that would be MUCH easier! I have made them for my parents from our trips, but this one was trickey cuz i had to find a lot of old pics, (going back over 90 yrs!), and put them in order too. Had to leave out her boyfriends, and my stepdad, as I know my dad would NOT like that!!! LOL. The more recent pics, I did put some in of her and I...duh! So glad your maters are good!!! Yay for the plant protectors!!
Oh Karen, Sorry to hear about your dad having those "accidents" and your mom getting all frustrated. I think your DH should get SEVERAL coffee cups he likes, so that won't be a problem. I started using the tall ones, and at first it would either be in the dw, or else on the counter to be washed.HA! Now I have about 5 or 6 of them....problem solved. I use the Keurig, and am glad the tall coffee mugs fit under it. (((Karen))), you have had a hard week! Sounds like a lot of stuff this week too.....hope it won't be too stressful.
OK....gotta "hit the shower" (said that for you, Bernie!)....still a bit dizzy, but was able to do lots of work outside. Then we just got TOO hot, so had to stop. Is it Happy Hour yet? What're we having Lori? Are you gonna dwink those purty dwinks you posted, for mese???

the kids just left...DD#2 drove to the airport with DH and DD#1 and SIL....And yes, its DS who made the stink about the coffee cup....DH has a collection of cups...he's not the problem....Got some nice pics of the kids with everyone, but not all of us together!!!! should have tried to do that as we have someone doing some yard work who could have taken the pic, but didn't think quick enough, but did get a couple with DS and his DS and BIL!!! Got to download them on the computer and email them to SIL. They have sooo much stuff to take back, sure hope their luggage is within weight limits.
Got to go pay bils and see what is going on with work tomorrow....what reports I need to finish...no time in the morning and I have my dept meeting and won't get to the school till lunch time and the staffings start in the afternoon......

We had a quiet night after the hail quit. It was small and didn't accumulate. Then Gracie decided to puke on the bed at 3:15 am, but was a "small" episode and she was fine. And then...she was up at 6:00, went out, and back to bed. Set alarm for 8:00 but snoozed until 8:30 and had to be at church before 9:00 to play for services. I made it but only played one prelude. DH stayed with mom and dad and came home this morning. He said she looked pretty washed out, from the vertigo. Guess I will have to see for myself. Debated driving up tonight but think I want to sleep in my own bed and DH has dog duty so I won't have to get up in the middle of the night. Most nights she sleeps until 6 or 6:30. I can leave by 8:00 and be in Lincoln by 9:30. Appt is at 10:00. Maybe I can even drive through coffee shop and get a chai and a scone! That's my new favorite treat. Scones. Mmmmm....

LOL at those pics, Gail! OK to 'splain Mr. Big...when I went to Ireland in November (and got to meet Bernie in person!!!), I was going to meet Jaybird as we landed in New York. WELL, Mr. BIg (CHris Noth) was on our flight, in first class, but my seat was close enuf I could put my foot in first class (lol) and Mr. Big would walk thru coach, I guess so we knew he was there! HE looked dreamy at the beginning, but by the end of the long flt, he looked pretty shop-worn too. BUT, dear Jaybird was so intent on trying to see me come off the plane, that she didn't even see Mr. Big, and he prolly walked right in front of her! SO, after that, we added him to the lounge, and all the jokes that accompanied his name. Someone also posted his bare butt when he wore a kilt and flashed everyone. SO dats how he joined us at the HTL. BTW, it was so awesome meeting Bernie and Jaybird, that it made that trip extra-special!

DD and SIL got home safe and sound....SIL even said, I miss the dogs...miss telling them to get out of the way....SIL is really a good natured guy....our dogs are big...or should I say huge and SIL can't step over them...so when they are in the way, they are in the way.....got some nice pics.....looking forward to seeing them this summer...DH told me tonight that if I going to Israel this summer, I better start booking the trip...funny thing is I don't know if I want to go....thinking I should just stay in Denver......well....going to fo finish my glass of wine...then maybe get into bed...tomorrow is a work day....
