    Alli, I snuck you a soft pillow and warm blankie, hope you were comfy enuf under dat barstool last night. ME? Well I found Jock's room, and, well.....you know......

    Yesterday, had to contact the mover as well as the realtor, since my dad closed his email acct, and doesn't have a puter there anymore. Thats how they were contacting him, so had to send the realtor some phone nos, etc.....SO much left to do before new owners take over on Sat. Lots of stuff left to move out, and I just hope it all gets done, as people have been promising they will do those things. Realized my dad NEVER went thru selling/buying a home the usual way. He bought this home over 40 yrs ago after renting it, then finding owner and offering to buy. No cleaning out, or moving in. He had the prev homes built, so none of that either. Just hoping he realizes that it ALL has to be out of there. Was sweet seeing him still mowing, weedeating, and watering everything. The new owners are lucky! Also realize although it was good I went for 3 wks, should have stayed till they totally moved out....they do realize they could not have done it without me being there, but I never realized there was that much to do!!! Too many yrs there, accumulating stuff. I know my dad is very sad to leave, so am hoping he will be ok here. AND that my mom will be like her normal self again, once here. Wish me luck with that!!!

    Hmmmm....haven't had such a big buffet spread in a LONG time....looks like all our fav foods are here, plus the local Hawaiian foods I am already missing. OH the mimosa fountain is full, as well as fukitol fountain, and they added a MaiTai fountain too. They are soooo sweet! C'mon gals, lets dig in, and eat and dwink and relaxxxxxxxxx. Lots of lounge chairs set up around the pool.....settling into mine right now. Ohhhhh this is the life, purrfect weather and the Tenders and Wenches are just soooo willing to please!

    LOL Bernie, I like that slogan! Hi to you too!!! Are you enjoying our Luau buffet? Used to hear the corniest jokes when in high school and dating servicemen (from mainland US)....they would say things like "If you wear a grass skirt, I'll bring the lawnmower".....ugh! And when I first moved to the mainland when I was 18, soooooo many people I met thought we still lived in grass huts! Must be happy hour time for you, huh?? Slainte, to my lovely Irish friend!

    Kathy, wese bumped. The food is most def. ono, mahalo and a BIG MAHALO for the de Hawaiian eye candy! Those were some bad lines they used Kathy.....lol. DH had Mai Tai when we were in HI, he din't like it.

    O'Lara, Halloween is my most favorite time of year, Love it!!! But, I hate scary movies. God forbid if I wake up with my arm or leg hanging off the side of the bed, hehehe. Yes, I'm a whack job, drinking, on meds. Don't F#@k with me!! lol.

    Not too many pics OLara...they were funneeeeee! And I needed a laff...cleaned my parents home here for 3 1/2 hr and now having a break, then will go back. Getting it spotless, floors cleaned shined, carpets clean, etc. Then come home to my messy house! LOL. They'll be here early Tues, so lots to do. GOOD LUCK on your interview!! Jest picture us there with you, all teeny tiny and with our fingers crossed while we are dwinking. OH, and I like scary movies too, sometimes scare meself and won't go upstairs if DH is already asleep downstairs!

    Yummmmy eye candy Juliet! Thats from Magic Mike, right? Haven't seen that one yet.

    Cyn, Thanks for the sweets....I have a BIG sweet tooth (well a whole mouthful of sweet teeth!). McD in Hawaii had Haupia Pie (like apple pie, but with haupia, coconut filling)...it was soooooo good. Have fun shopping! Geez whoever shops at Goodwill or SA in HI (Not sure which one stepbros will call this time), will get a nice flat computer monitor, and lots of furniture, and housewares that we didn't need. And 2 nice tvs too...we gave the huge one away to my dads 93 yo friend that took us out to dinner.

    OK, mese bweak is almost over. MIght take some dwinks or btl of wine with us so we can have happy hour there looking at the lake. HOPE it won't take toooo much longer to finish cleaning. Also trying to figure out where the furniture they shipped, will go.
