Faith.  The little girl Angel is so too adorable cute.

If my phone rings and the relative's are almost here I will have to leave the beach for the night.

Angel. Faith. Jasmine. What beauties you are.

    Love.

Sorry I've been MIA.  Spent all weekend at the park watching Little League games.  Hope everyone is well.  Too many pages to go back and read.  Will try to catch up this week.

Good morning Beach Angels.  Hope everyone is ready for the new work week.  Rise and Shine... a new day dawns.

Sahalie --  our indispensable cruise director....I saw all the baby bunnies last night.  I looked out the window and there was 'mom' and three new bunnies (almost all grown now) chasing each other in my front yard.  I so wanted to get my video camera out and get it on film but I was afraid it woudl scare them away.  They're such scittery little creatures.  I've stayed out of the backyard so as not to scare them off.  It was so uplifting to watch them having such fun.

Faith -- the cornerstone of the Beach.  I wish you well on your trip to Vegas.  I hope you can find some internet access out there.  Are you planning to see any of the shows out there?  I would love to see Wayne Newton.

Spar -- I'm going to try to get back to the story thread.  Where else can you meet Stephen King on this board.  You amaze me with all your creative things you do.  Did you do the stained glass from some type of kit?  I absolutely love it.

Summer -- welcome to the beach.  Thank you for the link.

Margartet -- nice to see you dropping by.  I hope your week is starting out well.

Lisa -- thanks for all the pictures.   They are spectacular.

Well, I hope I didn't leave anyone out.  If I did just consider that its 6:30am on Monday morning and I still haven't had any coffee yet.

    Surprise song of the day!

Oh Jasmine. You're the best!! Now I'm actually excited: Viva, Las Vegas indeed!!

This will be completely "business" if there is such a thing in Vegas. The good news is that I was just able to track down where I'm supposed to be. There is a welcome party for us tomorrow evening and that's exciting, but I rather doubt that Wayne Newton is on the agenda. LOL.

We will be treated to some mighty fine eats..... but rather doubt I'll get in a show.....

Do you beachies remember how excited Iris was when she got her shower curtain hung, or others as they've cleaned closets etc?? Well, not that I need a Pulitzer or anything, but I just VACUUMED OUT MY CAR!! Whooooo hoooooooo. It's the little things that nag and nag and drag ya down. So I'm marking that one off my list.

I've got my suitcase packed with all of my presentation gear: puppets, props, costumes, hats, instruments etc...... now to get on with the other preparations: powerpoint & programatic issues.

Hugs to each and all. Lemonade and flip flops to all beach goers, beach readers, and beach wanna-be'ers..... that sorta looks like wanna beer, but that was not my intention. LOL

You are going to have a funfastic time in the city of lights that never sleeps.

Your presentation will be the TOPS!  Kudos Faith XOXO

If I were you I would be grateful if Wayne FigNewton was not there to meet and greet.

He scares me ever since I saw his permanent smile and bulging EYES on

    Dancing With The Starlets.

Flowers and congrats to the big vacuuming of the car.

Did you know about putting a little favorite fragrant votive candle in one of the cup

holders to make the car smell nice?

As the car warms up the votive does too and it smells so good.  I use them always.

Sahalie..... if you possibly have the time, please post about your visit w/onc. I'll depart so much more readily if I'm up-to-date. If you don't want to post details here & are willing to send a PM -- I would be so appreciative. Been sending you lots of courage all day (just forgot to tell you.)

Footie: hugs for the start of a new week. Lemonade being poured & I'm ready.

Spar: I think you've earned the titled "Arts & Crafts Director" for our beach

Jamine: If you saw my bedroom right now, you might very well keel over. Will work hard to find the floor before departure time -- following your few minutes sweep thru concept.

Celie: sending you serene artwork, glass baubles and lovely designs. This light fixture was in one of our Aruban restaurants..... it reminded me of you & Chihulie (that spelling's probably not even in the ball park.... but as a NW'er I'm sure you know who I mean.)

    hugs to each and all

Margo: loved knowing that you've been little league supporter of the season. Makes me smile to picture you there..... cheering section. LOVE it!

Summer: I hope that you'll post some more incredible photos -- can never get enough.... and stick around and let us get better acquainted.

Yes, Sahalie, please let us know how the doc appt went.  Faith, when do you leave for glitter town?  Spar, I'm going to go to hobby lobby this weekend.  I would love to learn the stain glass.  Can you tell me what to look for and what to get?  Sorry this is short, still at work.  Hugs around the beach.

Always, just ask for the stained glass ile and it has glass in different shapes, since I can;t draw I use the plexiglass that already has something drawn on it.  If you can draw they have a bottle of black lead to draw with.  I bought the whole paint kit for around $12 and the plexi stuff to paint are about $3 so it doesn't cost much and is lots of fun. You don't use a brush you use a stick.

Sahalie, am anxious to hear how your appt goes, hope all is clear.

Faith, I love that blown glass stuff, do you do any of it your self?

We just carried our duck down to the pond, took him in the little boat to the middle of the pond and dropped him out and i'll be darn if he didn't head right for shore.  He thinks he is a dog and follows our cat and dog everywhere and we just want him to stay in the pond.  Any Ideas.

I am just ready to relax on the beach,  I think I need one of those wanna be'ers

He had a duck friend at one time but a hawk got him, that was when they were little.  Wish I could find a duck nearly grown so we wouldn't have to go thru the baby stage again.

I'M HOME!  AND IT'S GOOD NEWS!

I'm A-OK in all departments of the bod and my oncologist even sent me for a stress test.

Passed that but was on the verge of needing Fernando to prop me up and beach boy Brad

    to give me CPR.

I was there for like three hours.  I love my doc.  He takes all the time in the world to

    explain everything.

I asked him about the vitamin D thing since it's the latest in the news and he said there

is validity to taking vitamin D for over all health.

He said to take only 400 I.U. per day.

But I'm GOOD.  I am so relieved you guys and I love you for all your encouragement and

    encouraging words and support.

I don't go back for another six months.  I am so relieved.  so relieved. so relieved.

WANNA BEERS all around for everyone.  My treat

Jaz.  I forgot to mention this morning about your baby bunnies and how happy I am

to know they are well and frolicking thru your foliage.  Bunnies are the cutest.

    Next to ducks too.

Spar. We have ducks and geese on our farm and start the babeeze ducklings in a kiddy

    pool.

They love it and I could sit all day and watch them.

You can go get adult duckies at your farm supply stores usually.

That's what we did and felt so good knowing we were giving them all that wonderful

    freedom from a cage.

They have had babeeze and I think we are up to 16 ducks and four geese.

Faith.  You have a wonderful time in LV now OK.  Watch out for all the Elvis's.

That glass pointy bauble you pictured above is amazing.

I have no idea where the relative's are.  Probably stuck out on Pier 39.

A place I won't go to even if paid.  Big nasty tourist attraction with a million people.

Give me the hills and streets and lunch at the good old Cliff House or Tommy's Joint

    and I'm fine.

I am so happy you guys.  Thank you again.

    Love. Love. Love.

Another round of Wanna Beers for all our Beach Babes.

    Sahalie smiling
