Jasmine Jaz.  The song you chose for Shrink and her new dh gave me a sweet sigh.

I love the Carpenters.  And that song is perfect.  You are a sweetheart you know!

    And that car!  Priceless.

I love those wedding beach flip floppers.

    Summer.  Your sign is colorfantastic.

It's great you've been reading here Shrink.  Welcome a zillion times.

A wedding on the beach.  Doesn't get much better than that.

For Shrink and your new husband.  With love.

Look who I found sittin on the beach not doing much of anything.

He said he's doing a little concert called Poet's & Pirates.

Sounds just like something we could have right here on our beach.

Roll out the wheelbarrows of Corona's and some beach mats and I'm good to go.

Sound like a plan? ! *   Kenny's up for it.

OKAY.  Time to saddle up to the beach hut and bring on the new activity for this weekend.

I hope you are ready cuz it's a fun one.

Takes little or no talent but is very rewarding due to the fact that what you give you also get.

    So here goes.

Now if there are any champions of this sport already designated for the 08/08/08 games

then you must be on your way to Beijing for your sport.

Other wise rev up your pebbles and let the games begin.

    It's a real toss up!

$25.00 to Beach Boy Brad at the hut door and a sharp wit.

    Good will and patience galore.

    Smiles a must.

Who ever has the most pebbles at the end of the game is the winner.

First place prize to be announced later.

This game is for the thrill of it and good vibes.

    Here is the game*

MANCALA.  Wonderful fun game and easy to play on the beach.

    I'd wear a hat if I were you.   :  )

Big Brother is a reality show on CBS where they put 13 strangers in a house with cameras and microphones.  You can watch them 24/7 on the livefeeds and each week they have to evict one player.  The ultimate goal is to be the last player left for $500,000.  There is plotting and intrigue and great drama.

I'll have to check it out.

I can't wait for the Great Race. Survivor. and a few other shows I enjoy.

One of my favorite channels is the Animal Planet.

But Meerkat Manor and all the animals in Africa etc. intrigue me.

My birdie crew is flying back your way.

I watched the Meerkat Manor and like it quite alot.  Its amazing how they allow the cameras and people to be among them.  If I tried that with the wild rabbits outside...they would be halfway to Texas in no time flat.

Bunnies are skiddish to be sure.  Cute little guys.  Fluffs.

I know.  The meerkats are so cute and so friendly.  Did you see the special showing

    the camera people around them?

Little meerkats seem very comfortable around the film crew.

I love the ads for it too.

Did Brian on your show save his backside?

Nope, he got booted by a vote of 9 to 1.  Its a shame too because he was nice eye candy and a really funny guy.   He played too hard too early.

    Goodness gracious sakes oh my.

I'm gone for barely more than 24 hours and I come back and we've had a WEDDING!

I'm filled with joy for you, Mrs. Shrink!! Welcome back to the beach -- it's been so long since you've popped in, but understandably you've been a bit preoccupied!!

And Lisa with her roses which remind me so much somehow of the female artist, oh geesh my mind's gone blank -- what's her name with her close up florals, that some hint are beyond organic and possible "suggestive" for pete's sake, what's her name????

Maybe it will come to me..............

And big suitcases (that's the size I need to schlep all my gear about) tho security would pose some problems and s'mores and surfin' and insurance headaches and reality TV and technology issues and plans for island hiatus.......

WOW. All together so much fun happening here!

Well. I made it thru my travel day and today was the l-o-n-g day of happy happy, joy joy. I had very responsive and engaged participants from all across the country.....

my book will now be winging it's way to exciting places in Wyoming, Nebraska, Louisiana, Utah and who knows where else -- those are the memorable states for me, as I have not done professional work in any of them WHOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO

will you believe this, without a picture of documentation? last night after our reception party i headed back to the elevator and no kidding there was ELVIS!! i was so tickled that i neglected to ask him for a picture.

it was 'working elvis' not costumed elvis -- he had the hair and the late sideburns, but was dressed in casual wear

    made my night!!

have room service, my feet propped up and a contented smile

glad to see so much fun here, despite the occaisional headaches that life brings

    better post, funky connection

This is for our newly wed couple:

I'm off for a short walk then to my soft sofa which is always ready to sink into.

Then watch a Netflix that came in the mail today.

I hope everyone is enjoying a nice evening.

Jaz.  I wish you a really good night.

    XOXO

oh, spar, good to see you post!!

i'm glad that you're having a more comfortable day & that sahalie found you that great looking chair...... do you think they'd make us a "deal" if we ordered 2 -- one for you and one for me?

i would LOVE to decorate a whole house in happy nonsense furniture, i mean it would have to be comphy, but i'd LOVE to have bright loud crazy colors and graphics and whimsy art everywhere.... like a whole sculpture of driftwood google-eyed pop art painted wildness.

maybe our new house? in FL? you can get away with anything in FL, right? we've just gotten slides and they are ahead of schedule and will close a few weeks early.

Thanks for the lemonade and smores, It was a nice  way to sit on the beach and count our blessing, While we had goodies, Thanks Spar I love smores, I made they in girl scouts. I am happy to congratulate Shrink on your new life! Good luck.  I am hot here Spar and I love ice tea too. Spar surprise us. I sure love my wheelchair, It is helping my lymphedema go down and makes days easier. Still no good ramp or siding, Just big boards nailed together and no car ramp to take it with me so went I drive its home. But I am grateful to get this far. To everyone here, Please be good to yourself and enjoy the beach!  Sending angel hugs, Debbie
