OK Beachies. I did it. I booked my bucket list cruise. Silverseas from San Juan to Barbados in January (for my BDay). Great pictures will come from this. So excited!! I am counting the days.

Radio this morning sang to me, "Take a deep breath, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again." I think it was Natalie Cole.
So I start all over again. No word on my missing portfolio of quilts. Many calls. No leads.
All packed & ready to depart for Chicago and my "Windy City Tour." Tonight & tomorrow night are library presentations to teachers. Tomorrow during the day is a preschool performance.
BCO sister Laura GTO is coming to tonight's event -- so I'm excited about that.
Starting all over again.

Beautiful bird shots Lisa you are giving my DH some competition. Barbe must be busy with her move. I flew home today and am all turkeyed out.Filled my parents fridge with homecooked food. I still feel sorry th.at I don't live closer to help them out more. My mom is at the stage with Alhziemers where they now need full time help in their house.So that is my next job finding a live in Nanny for my parents.It took all three of us to gang up on my father to convince him that a nanny was necessary.Any way the weekend was successful and spending thanksgiving with my brothers and parents was wonderful.Sorry ladies I probably yacked too much.(back to the beach) I could use a stress free beach right now.

Still looking for the perfect beach with shoreline snorkling...

I snorkled in the Dominican Republic at a nice beach, St. Thomas had a nice beach to snorkle at. Oahu had great shoreline snorkling at Shark Cove, Maui also had some great snorkling at Waileah. There is also some nice snorkling at Catalina Island. Best diving I've done was in Guantanamo.

Turks & Caicos (ITs a short plane ride from Miami)
I went there to celebrate my DD sweet 16 at 1997.
Its a beautiful place not too many people.

Melia Caribe Tropical that's where we stayed. We were very happy me and my DD.
Beautiful place unbelievable prices. I really recommend it.
