    Looks great Mum!!! I cannot believe how long your hair is getting!! ! Holy crap, first time we met you were close-shaven almost....I guess with the curls as it gets longer it pulls the curls down. You look wonderful, and yes, I noticed the book! Wink

    Mum, I looooove that picture!!!  Keep that bottle of white chilling - I'll be there as soon as I can.  I need to get a vacation plan going - we have the trailer down the shore, but I want to have an away vacation, ya know? Hub isn't quite as fond of travelling as I am, so quite likely I'll be doing something with friends and not him. My spirit needs to know when though!!!!  I'm thinking cruise to one of the Caribbean isles or Bermuda ... in the meantime, I'll live vicariously through those of you going away - share your stories and your pics, I love it.  Here's a shot of "our" bay (the campground has land that goes down to the Delaware Bay).  That's hub in the chair.

    I was looking out my kitchen window while I was

    doint dishes and my petunias came back after planting them

    last spring..I did nothing...my kind of gardening

    Hi beach buds,

    Well,the snow and ice seems to be gone(yippeee) here and for those of you who still have it,sending my sun wishes for fast melting. Thanks to faith for her kindnesses and inviting me to visit this sunny and uplifting thread again.Many a pleasant day was spent here...what a nice beginning for a new year!The pics are so lovely here and the posts refreshing. Faith,would love a coconut or two...preferably in a cake. LOL

    Today's PARTY day for real!!!!

    Our IrisBear returning to the sands and back at the beach is reason for celebration on all decks!!!!!! Party. Party. Party!!!!

    Most of you are too new to remember our IrisBear. At one point here she was our den-mother and scribe extra-ordinaire. She tells the most amazing stories and remembers everyone's boo-boos. She sprinkles love where ever she goes.

    I know that SoCal-Lisa and I think probably Sharon are ol' timers back far enough to remember our IrisBear!!!!!!

    It's TERRRRRRRRRRRIFICAL TUESDAY!!!!!!!!

    Iris has the heart-of-gold beyond all gold standards. We recently "re-connected" over in FB world over one of SoCal Lisa's brilliant photograhs...... since then it's been a gigantic reunion!!!!!

    Flip-flops are not nearly sufficient for a welcome-home gift.

    The coconut cake is a start.

    What this calls for is.........................

    Whoooohooooooo.

    BEACH PARTY ON A TUESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    P.S. I lured her back with promises of great vistas, photography and the like, so pile it on.
