Please continue to pray for my son and his wife. We are in Denver now, trying to be of comfort. Kari's sister delivered her 3rd baby last night. Kari is inconsolable. Micah is very concerned for her emotionally. They are believers, but Kari is very fragile emotionally. The situation really needs our prayers.

sue_blue - I am so sorry to hear about your son and DIL losing their baby. That is so sad. I miscarried in both of my pregnancies, about 11 weeks along each time. It's devastating to go through such a loss. I hope and pray that they will be able to conceive again.

I'm so sorry for Kari. I've been in her shoes and it's a horrible feeling. I understand the hurt when you look at other babies and mom's. Thank God I had 3 children after I lost the first one, but it took me 9 years to have her. I pray that God will gently touch her heart and give her understanding as to why this happened. God's Grace helps all of us deal with hard situations in our lives. Different hurts, but HURTS nonetheless!!!
I pray for all here that are in need of prayers. The list is long and I won't try to list them individually. I admire Foots for her dedication to pray for each of us. It amazes me everytine I read the prayers for us. Thank you Debbie!!!
I am in need of prayers. I truly HATE to ask for them, because I feel others may need them more. I started spotting this morning. I haven't had a period in almost 2 years and this morning there it was. I'm very concerned, because this hasn't happened since chemo started and I'm not sure what to make of it. I have emailed my Onco, but she hasn't sent anything back yet. I'm sure she hasn't even had time to read it yet. I pray this is nothing.....but only God knows for sure.

Thank you all so much for the prayers for my DIL, Kari. We went to Denver for the weekend to be with them. She is so sad, but I feel like she will come through this. My son has been amazing, I have so much respect for how he has been so tenderly caring for his wife. Saturday was hard for her with her sister delivering that day. I got her out of the house for quite awhile and we had some good talks. She is relying on my son and her faith to see her through.
Genia, I will be keeping you in my prayers and trusting that your docs will have wisdom and the news will be good. I know how our thoughts wreak havoc with us when there is any change in what we already know. The Lord bless you and keep you in his care.
