Please be with Foots and let her know your comfort and healing in all that she needs right now. Bless her, protect her and let her not only feel the love You have for her, but the love we feel for her as well.

I prayed a lot when i was first diagnosed three years ago (for the ability to make all the right decisions re: surgery, doctors, treatment, etc.) and I continue to pray every day. I thank God for answering my prayers and for a second chance. When I become obsessed with worrying and trying to control everything including recurrence, I ask God to take me in his arms and ease my fear; I ask Him to place my life in his hands; I ask him to help me let go a little.....and let Him do his work. YOu see, it is not the surgeons, or oncologists, who have all the answers as I learned over the years. In fact, there is much conflicting information about BC. It is God who is pulling the strings.

Yea, nice to see Foots on here again today. I wanted to thank anyone that has prayed for my students and my classroom, today was actually the first decent day I have had with students this year. Please continue to ask God to give me wisdom and strength to meet the challenges of these poverty kids and that I would have His favor in the classroom and my district. These kids need an education desperately to get out of the situations that they were born into, they just don't realize it at 13 and 14 years old.
Lord, bless each one here with an extra portion of your love this night and tomorrow. Blessings to all.

Wow, how wonderful to hear that you and your students had a good day! That is so uplifting, I can not put it into words. Teachers make all the difference, and I am sure you become like a surrogate parent for many of them. It's the greatest gift anyone can have, someone who fosters their ideas, pushes them to make a change, and exercise that organ up top called the brain. I say we should all keep this prayer going for your work. Right here. Anyone else up for it?

Dear God,
I ask that you intervene for our Sister Foots, who has been through a difficult time as of late. I ask you to give her medical team wisdom, and to send her a sign of your love and attention. Foots, you are not in this alone, and we are here in the best way we can be due to the physical distance between us. You have been instrumental in creating a peaceful place to pray and it's nice to feel the stillness. I hope you have a good day, and are pain free.

Thank you for answered prayers for Levi and that he does not need surgery at this time.
Please continue to be with the medical team as they work to find non-surgical options for him to breathe better.

Father, I have been so blessed by the faithful women on this thread who serve You and are called by Your name. You are holy and righteous and we praise You for allowing us to have a personal relationship with You.
Thank you for Foots and her blessing to each one of us with her faithfulness and prayers. Lift her up Lord. Heal her. Give her hope and an extra portion of faith to trust You in eadh difficulty she encounters. It's hard to suffer Lord and I ask that Your grace would be very evident as she endures.
Thank you also for Sue and her willingness to serve these children who need You. She is Your ambassador to them Father and I praise you for giving her a good day with them. Please provide more and more inroads into these children's lives as she continues to minister to them. Like Sue, Lord, I pray that we would all see our daily encounters as our ministry and seek to glorify You and advance Your kingdom.
Father for Torigirl, I pray that you would strengthen her as she recovers from chemo. Please give her strength, healing and perseverence. You are the Greatest Physician and we thank You for Your revelation of Your all-powerful attributes.
Thank you Lord for hearing the prayers for Levi. Please help his medical team to know best how to help him with the least invasive options. Help his family too Lord as they all suffer when one suffers.

Just checking in to let you know that I'm hanging in there...today started out a bit slower than usual, pretty fatigued and putting up with intestinal issues has been yucky...still able to make it out for my morning walk, prayers and talk with God...as always lifting you up in prayer and thanksgiving for all that is good...
