    O Lord, We come into Your presence,our Comforter, and Helper, to

    worship and praise You. Thank You for being with us all the time. We

    love the way You speak to us deep within our hearts and tell us really

    we really belong to You. Thank You for giving us confidence. We need

    not cringe or be fearful, because of Your unfailing love for us. Every Year

    Lord, We are grateful to celebrate Your birth in a manger and remember

    Your love is with us all Year long. Thank you for giving us hope and joy

    and Your power. Because of Your abiding presence, We can hold our

    heads up with surety and confidence. No matter what happens, We trust

    in You. We also worship You,  We are grateful You came to this earth

    as a baby so You could redeem us from our sins and bring eternal life.

    Through this act, We see what real love is---more tangile presents. It

    comes from Your wonderful gift of forgiveness. Thank You, Lord. It is too

    excellent for words to describe. It is all because You are our Lord. Praise

    You for forgiving us of our past, granting us all loving family's and friends,

    and assuring us of never--ending, faithful care. We want to You with a

    gift, Our Redeemer, It is an uninhibited offering of our worship and love for

    You. Lord, bless and help all the people here in need of Your comfort and

    peace, to help them through and challenge, pain or things only You know

    they are in need of. May they feel Your caring love all around them. In Jesus

    name we pray. Amen

    Footie, your prayers from the heart bless me. They help us to place the focus right where it belongs, on the Lordship of Jesus Christ our Savior, without whom we would be nothing. Thank you for always pointing us to Him, no matter the situation or need.

    Merry CHRISTmas my sisters. I'm a better person because of all of you and the strength and encouragement in Him that I find here. I love you all.

    I used to come here daily but, like everything else, I slacked off.  Coming back yesterday and today has greatly encouraged me and I thank our Lord for each of my sisters here.  Many times I feel down during this time of the year but sue_blue spoke it well that you all help me find the strength and encouragement in Him and Foots turns us back to the narrow way.   I'm off to church in a few minutes and so can start out with a positive feeling.

    Let's keep the spirit of Christmas alive day by day. Deed by deed.

    Let us reach out by our actions and our words to be a beacon of light to others who need the encouragement, all the while lifting them up from their burdens. Let us use this resource to hold one another up in prayer and by our example shower compassion on our little corner of the planet..... offering grace and mercy to those we can impact.

    Let us hold one another close, calling out by name our sisterhood -- demonstrating that no one need walk this journey on their own. Let us shower friendship & support as a new year unfolds. Let us reign our collective faith and goodwill into other threads in need of sunshine.

    Let us remember those we have lost along this journey and walk on that their legacy might whine all the more brightly.

    Father I thank you for Your precious Son's sacrifice.  He humbled Himself to come as a baby.  He died on a cross, taking our place and securing for us an etermity with You.  I thank you also for all of my BC sisters who walk this journey alongside me.  I'm grateful for their prayers, examples of courage and strength, and their words of wisdom and encouragement.  You have blessed me abundantly!

    Dear Lord, Thank You, Jesus, for giving us Your blessed assurance that we are in Your

    constant watch--not only us, but everything and everyone we care about. Thank You for

     helping us to lay our entire life at Your altar. Thank You for helping us remember how

    much You love us all. In full assurance of Your love, We relinquish our guilt and pain.

    In full assurance, We know You roll it all away.  You remove our bitterness. You com-

    fort us, You cover our tears with Your smile. In the desert scenes of our life's, You hope

    burst forth like a vibrant cactus flowers blooming after a sudden rain shower.  When our

    days go as smooth as glass, We praise You for Your assuring love. When storms of

    life crash in and billows roar, We still will praise You.

    Each day as we walk with You, we experience Your caring about our every need

    and concern. When we are at are best, We know Your love. When we are down

    and not pleasant to be around, You never leave us. Instead, We praise You for

    remaining close and comforting us. We are thankful, Lord, that we can be completely

    open with You about how we feel. We are amazed at how You never make us feel

    guilty when we pour out our cares to You. Thank You for always being there and

    carrying us through. Please bless all the wonderful people here in need of Your

    comforting peace and help with their pain. May they feel Your love and caring all

    around them, as Your caring hand is always holding on and helping us. Lord, You

    know all those that are going through chemo, surgery, pain, and other things only

    You know of.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen

    Dear Heavenly Father,

    Thank you for helping us through this year of struggles, both medically, but also emotinally and financially.  Thank you for doctors and medical staff who have the knowledge to help us heal.  Thank you for friends who help us get through all the hard times and keep us grounded in the knowledge that we are not alone in our journey.
