O Lord, Were amazed how You know the numbers
of hairs on our heads. On some days we are frustrated
and feel like pulling some out, We must keep You
pretty busy! You know us on the outside, and You
surely understand us through and through. You
share our pains when we lack confidence. You weep
with us when we mourn. You nudge us and show
mercy to those who wrong us. You help us find
peace amid stress. Thank You for meeting our
needs-- for teaching us to rejoice during trouble
times. We praise You for peace of heart and minds.
How awesome, the way You allow us to come into
Your presence. How good You are to change our
hearts, Father. When we are unsure, You encourage
us. When fiery trials come, You go before us. Instead
of worrying, We will remember the flowers and the
fields and how You even see when one sparrow falls.
How grateful we are that we matter more to You then
these, For we are Your children. And Lord we thank

Prayer sisters
update on Andi
Friday's surgery on her arm was a success. Each day more of the tubes are removed from her body. And each day more response from her body. Movement from being tickled and eyes opened every now and then has started eyeball movement....Thank you God for these little notes to Andi's mom letting her know that You are there working in her precious daughter. They are looking forward to being sent to the Shephard Center in Atlanta real soon.

Father God,
Help the rescue workers to locate the still living. Thank you for the ones that have already been recovered still alive after all this time. Comfort the many many children who are scared and alone. May the people see Your loving hand at work through all the love and care of the world so that they will come to trust You as the One True God of the Universe.

Hi... sorry I've been MIA... I'm back to work again. Seems I run out of money before I run out of WEEK!
Glad to hear that Andi is recovering well....
I talked to RoseAnne today. Her daughter's name is Debra Fiorie. The drs. are trying to get her breathing on her own. They put a tube down her throat so she can be taken off the ventilator. She is doing ok, but just hanging in... RoseAnne said that the 1st 2 chemo tx really knocked her on her butt... they were VERY STRONG... the drs. said they will be giving her some 'gentler' drugs next time around. They just wanted to kick start her tx regimen.
So....
Thanks everyone for all the prayers! I know for a fact that prayer works! When I was dx'd with bc, I had several groups praying for me... and I think that is why I got through ok, things seemed to go pretty smoothly. It had to be the prayers....

Father, We hear people say they can't be happy unless
every circumstance involving them is prefect. Projects
have to be flawless. Outings or Vacations can't be happy
unless nothing goes wrong. Only faultless people make
ideal friends. We overheard defeating remarks like, " I
can't be content unless our bills our paid";" I get married";
"we have children"; "the kids are grown up"; " it rains";
"it stops raining"; " I can get an education"; "I lose or
gain weight"; "I get that ideal job"; or "I retire."
Unless? Until? Thank You Father, for the joy and con-
tentment You give, for how You change the "until to
"now." What satisfaction You give me through Your
assuring presence during struggles, disappointments,
achievements and failures. Thank You for encouraging
us to appreciate our life's. You help us to value the rain;
the pride of hard,bone tiring, not so prefect work; the
chance to kiss a scraped knee or sit by the bedside of
a sick child. Thank You for long walks and talks with loved
ones, often used to filter through uncertainties and hurts.
We are grateful for imperfect friendships perfected by love,
forgiveness and acceptance. Thank You You for Your perfect
love that overcomes imperfections and teaches us true happiness
starts with"until now." O Lord we are so grateful for Your love
and giving us true happiness. Please be with Our dear friends;

A friend went in for a repeat mammogram and it turned out to be OK....
God, use the hands and feet of the relief workers in Haiti to show the people your love so that they will come to trust you and give their lives to you. I pray for the safety of all the volunteers and servicemen and women who are helping the people in Haiti.

Lord, I just want to say THANK YOU, because this morning I woke up and knew where my children were. Because this morning my home was still standing, because this morning I am not crying because my husband, my child, my brother or sister needs to be buried out from underneath a pile of concrete, because this morning I was able to drink a glass of water, because this morning I was able to turn on the light, because this morning I was able to take a shower, because this morning I was not planning a funeral, but most of all I thank you this morning because I still have life and a voice to cry out for the people of Haiti. Lord I cry out to you, the one that makes the impossible, possible, the one that turns darkness in to light, I cry out that you give those mothers strength, that you give them peace that surpasses all understanding, that you may open the streets so that help can come, that you may provide doctors, nurses, food, water, and all that they need in a blink of an eye. For all those that have lost family members, give them peace, give them hope, give them courage to continue to go on! Protect the children and shield them with your power. I pray all this in the name of Jesus!!!

In this same area (prayers) there's a thread for my dear friend who goes by "Saint."
She has received some serious news today.
She is 'processing' just what it means.
I will read her all the posts tomorrow when we talk.
(She can no longer read, due sight compromises.)
Saint is a good Catholic person, been a member of the choir in her parish for decades etc etc.
Anyone. Anyone at all who is willing to make a post to her, will be a blessing.
