Can we have a forum for "older" people with bc?

I wear polo shirts from Leon Levin. Now that I’m done with my reconstruction I’m looking for blouses but haven’t found anything that I like. I’ll have to check out the Appleseed online site. When I’m around the house, I wear sweatpants or sweat shorts - mens, just a smaller size and tee shirts. Get the sweats off Amazon. Shopping in town for petites is a challenge, except for Talbots, so I do a lot of online shopping or head into Northern VA.
Took an early walk before breakfast. There’s lots of shade around the lake and there was a slight breeze. Felt good to get moving. Now I’m lounging with a cat sleeping on my lap. Stay cool today.

We went for a walk. Then I went to the grocery store. I sat down and talked with some friends. Harvested some green beans, a big bunch, dumped them in boiling water for a bit, will cut them short and freeze them later. Won another ten yards for $26, she likes that, because the price includes postage for both bids, but the price remains when it is sent in one package. Sat down and stripped the leaves off some bunches of mint. Will whirl it in the food processor and put it in quart jars. Then to quilting club. Quilting club satisfied my need to sew when I didn't have enough money to sew. But now that I have enough money to invest in beautiful fabrics and sew them into stuff that I think might sell, I am doing that. But the relationships I have developed will last, so I will stay with that.

Do you dry the mint first? Or later? How do you make it last?
0 -
I cut it in bundles, tied them (grass, too), and hung the bundles from laundry drying rack in front of the outside of my AC. For up to a week. Then I cut the bundles off individually and open them, pick out most of the grass, then take the stems one at a time, usually, and pull backwards to strip leaves, then cut off the end. The reasonably slow drying preserves much of the oils. Best to cut in the morning, too.

Lands End is another mail order company to try for knit pants, tops and shorts. They wear like iron, are a nice weight and I have some tees that are more than 5 years old that still look great. I find the knit sport pants run big so I size down and I do order petites because I am short legged. They have great sales which I take advantage of and right now they have up to 70% off some items.
Weather here has been brutal between the heat and humidity so I have been working outside in the mornings to take advantage of the shade. The natural stone wall I am building is near completion though it looks like I may have to make it U-shaped to account for the degree of slope we have. The "wings" will not be the total length of the sides but just sloping out from the full-sized wall.
The dry cleaners delivered all the clothing and shoes that have been on storage since November 2019 on Tuesday. I forgot how many clothes I had and in the interim some had been replaced. So I sorted, donated and tossed some items. This also lead to a reorganization plan for my closet which is an ongoing work in progress. I am not Marie Kondo-ing because I find it hard to elicit a "spark of joy" over most items. But I had to try on some clothing that no longer fits and donated them. As far as shoes, I had some heels that will be donated due to ongoing issues with my left foot and knee which prevent me from wearing heels. That hurt because the shoes did "spark joy" originally and parting with them is hard. However, I hope the next owner (some were relatively new) will enjoy them.
Mary, what do you do with the dried mint? Do you use it for tea?
I hope everyone has a good day and stays cool.

Tea. Yes. At present I make a hydration tea with decaf black tea and enough mint to flavor. Probably ought to add a bit of salt because I am spending so much time walking, bicycling and gardening. I was using decaf green, but you can't find that in the big bags for brewing for iced tea. I have a big jug with a tap on the top shelf of the refrigerator.

Woke up at 6am and it was already 77 degrees. DH and I went for a walk before breakfast, drank lots of water. Miserable hot but we walked 2 miles. I had REIKI therapy and feel refreshed. Shoulder feels better. Meeting some of the ladies in the neighborhood this afternoon for our monthly get together. It’ll be nice to catch-up.
Enjoy your day

cardplayer - It was 90 when DH walked the dog at 6:00. I didn't look when I went to play golf at 8:00. It is a "drier heat" than in many places but it's monsoon season now so it gets uncomfortable fairly early. I wear an ice towel when I play.
Covid is up here and I've postponed or cancelled things for this and next week. Hopefully we will feel more comfortable in August about going out. Doing lots of reading and working on my genealogy. Some of you make me tired with your physical labor. Feeling my age, I guess.

Mary, I see your bc was ER-. so you're not on an aromatase inhibitor. Have you tried valerian root, lavender, melatonin or chamomile? Valerian on its own smells like feet, but has always dropped me like a plugged buffalo. I did switch to CBD (gummies or caps) 90 min. before bedtime, with a CBN cap literally at bedside before I turn out the lights and let Heidi "tuck me in" by kneading & nuzzling me till she thinks I'm asleep. Receptra makes a "Serious Rest" gummy or capsule with valerian (fortunately, doesn't smell like it). Not cheap. but sleep is a precious commodity. And it's much less expensive than any THC stuff from the dispensary. I don't trust any supplements--kava included--that haven't been third-party independent-lab tested for purity & consistency. You never know.
Got my MRI report today--moderate to severe stenosis with cord compression from L3 down to S1, with L3-5 being the worst and a small synovial cyst near S1. (No wonder my tailbone hurts when I lie on my back on the massage table). Obviously, my R hip/knee/outer calf pain are due to impingement of a nerve that splits off from the sciatic. (Arthritic changes in my hips were described as "surprisingly mild"). Haven't touched base with the ortho (Dr. Bass), but I suspect it's too early for surgery. Finished my 8th (and last authorized) PT session yesterday with no improvement other than increased ability to sleep on my R side. Deep tissue massage of the soft tissue in & around the R hip and stretching the piriformis & hamstring are--now logically--useless. Probably need more core-strengthening & balance work, plus likely cortisone shots (now that we know where the needle needs to go); perhaps aquatic therapy as well. The ortho may tell me to hang in there till I see the neuro in Sept. Those horrid episodes of R shin/ankle/foot dystonia are likely unrelated, but instead caused by neuromuscular irritation from my circa-1996 tibial-repair hardware. Over the decades, even as I've gotten chunkier my legs have gotten thinner, and I've lost that fat cushion between the soft tissue and hardware. Plates & screws can't be removed, because the bone chips & epoxy into which they were embedded would collapse without them. The tibial plateau had disintegrated so badly by 2012 that my surgeon had to remove the top two screws and use a tall tibial tray for my R TKR. Oh, well. I notice that doubling up on the Mg (to 800mg) and Baclofen at bedtime have held it off for over a week (we can only hope).
Going to Ravinia tomorrow night for Brahms' German Requiem by the CSO & Chorus (guest conductor Marin Alsop, on loan from the NY Philharmonic). Got a soft spot for that piece because it's one I sang in college and years later in a DIY version. Practically memorized it, and will take quite a bit of self-restraint to avoid singing along. We'll take 2 CTA trains to the Metra commuter rail. Have dinner res. at the TreeTop buffet restaurant overlooking the park--easier to stick to my diet at buffets. We have pavilion seats--easier to get for classicsl concerts--so if it starts to rain about 11-ish it won't be too awful. That part of the N.Shore had a surprise storm earlier tonight before sunset; we just got thunder and some light showers for awhile. Good thing we didn't try to go up to Northwestern for Mozart's Requiem (the first classical choral work I sang as a freshman in college). Parking will have been impossible and the weather no fun at all/
Sun. Bob's going to his favorite barber for a badly-needed haircut, after which we'll take the bus to the Art Institute to catch the Cezanne exhibit. Maybe we can hit the AppleStore and find out how to move Bob's Compass app out of its Utilities folder on to the Home Screen, high enough in the pecking order to show up in Apple CarPlay. Dinner aftewards will be anywhere decent nearby that can accommodate (mostly) keto and have an open table. Then we'll Lyft or cab it back home--not much costlier than parking at two garages over a mile apart. Of course, the forecast calls for intermittent storms. Drat.

I once tried valerian, and it made me so dizzy I nearly vomited. Lavender is a possibility, particularly in my whatyacallit machine, but I hate to add humidity to the air. I could put a streak of the oil on my throat. Melatonin only helps so far as placebo effect will take it. I am tired of the expense of CBN, when I don't think it helps. I am taking some old chamomile capsules and have some old tea to switch to later. kalmwithkava.com claims extensive testing, and actually sells different strains for different effects. I had a stressful evening yesterday, and on such events I have very active dreams. Tippy tends to help me with that, and I might try two tablespoons of kava in my bedtime hot chocolate with soymilk on evenings when I am vulnerable to active dreaming. Adding in the hour for that I slept 6 1/2 hours according to Fitbit, which is decent.
I cancelled my appointment for another injection. I am doing pretty well with my hiking poles when out and about.

I had forgotten about Land's End. I will check it out online.
Sandy, what a treasure, The Art Institute. I loved going there several times when we visited dh's parents in the Chicago suburbs. There was a train station near their home and dh and I took the train several times to go to the city. We would have lunch at the Institute when we went there.
DH and I may go for a bike ride today. There is a paved bike trail that starts in Park Rapids and goes for miles with stops at small towns along the way.

The source of love is deep in us, and we can help others realize a lot of happiness. One word, one action, or one thought can reduce another person's suffering and bring him or her joy. One word can give comfort and confidence, destroy doubt, help someone avoid a mistake, reconcile a conflict, or open the door to liberation. One action can save a person's life or help them take advantage of a rare opportunity. One thought can do the same, because thoughts always lead to words and actions. If love is in our heart, every thought, word, and deed can bring about a miracle. Because understanding is the very foundation of love, words and actions that emerge from our love are always helpful. -Thich Nhat Hanh

Nothing special today but some catch up work. Didn't do a lot yesterday as I had my last phone meeting with the Nutritionist. Sure was great having her once a week for 3 months. I can always call in if I need some clarification on something. It will be another hot day but that is the time of yr. now that we expect it. It is better than I thought it might be.
Hoping you all have a great day. Happy Friday.

Walked around the lake this morning and ran into a neighbor I hadn’t seen in 2+ years. It was nice to catch-up. Finally got a haircut. Miss my thick naturally wavy hair. Found a style that hopefully suits my new hair texture better. Still getting use to my new normal.
We were going to listen to music tomorrow night but the show was postponed. Will need to find something else to occupy our evening.
A day of laundry and cleaning.Enjoy your day.

Sandy, MRI report sounds good to me, especially, of course, arthritic hip changes, “surprisingly mild." Though the rest of the report might have been better.
I've spent the week going from A-Z researching, making doctors' appointments, obsessing about left hip replacement. Have appointments next week and in August with Drs. Bashyal, Biegler, O'Rourke and have been reading books, like “400 Tips you MUST know before Hip Surgery", which has thrown me into a panic, re need to outfit apartment with walker, crutches, foam wedges, gel cushions, ... And pondering whether to go to a Rehab facility, like Alden, or to the nursing unit here or just back at our apartment. It's sort of funny, my need to get organized when I don't even know, when, if, hip replacement is happening. And panicked, too, by probable need for MRI. What horrors will it show? Will claustrophobia send me into madness? How long does it take? Suppose Xanax will help. Something has toOn a far happier note we are going to Ravinia tomorrow for Spider Saloff doing Cole Porter- a good way to spend a summer afternoon

Keywestfan, I was terrified for my first MRI and asked for a tranquilizer. It was loud and noisy, but I had a washcloth over my eyes and just laid there. I had my second one recently and wasn't scared at all. It's just hard to lay motionless and it annoyed me that the sounds didn't have a rhythm (DS plays drums).

wren44, I’m with you on the MRI. Cover my eyes and just let it go. Crazy as it sounds, I dozed off during last one and expected to get yelled at for “jumping” awake.
It’s been hotter than blazes here, in the 90’s for four days, anticipating 6 days. GF walking on Wednesday had to stop, her heart rate hit 177. We went to a concert in Saratoga, sitting on the lawn sweating in our bag chairs. But better out than staying indoors. I went to a play last night w 2 gf, outdoor seating and we were hot but had a breeze.
Yesterday was our Leaf Filter gutter day, being installed between 12-4. I was making sure I was fully dressed and ready to roll early. I got laundry going as I waited. Then I heard something crash, thought something in the pantry must have fallen off a shelve onto the washer. I went up look and saw nothing. I opened the lid of the washer and the drum was leaning to the back. I pulled it forward, it fell back. Placed a call to small local company I purchased it from. They came within 30 minutes. Turns out the bleach dispenser in the corner allowed bleach to roll down the exterior of the drum and corrode/rust the drum, the suspension, interior of cabinet and even the screw holding the front panel on. So he told me to NEVER use the bleach dispenser. Estimate $500 to repair and couldn’t guarantee the repair would hold as everything inside was rusted. New one $1,300, remove old one, tax; $1,550 and he installed it within the hour.
It was an expensive day. I had to empty the pantry floor area - this feels like DeJaVu or I dreamed it before it happened. Anyway I cleaned out everything on the floor, today I ended up using a spray foam to fill some big crack, and in this heat wave I painted the 5”+ baseboard (sitting on tile floor in my underwear - a vision!) and then truly just slapped some paint on that part of the wall - under a shelf to the floor. Let it dry and refilled the area after tossing some items. If it’s not one house, it’s the other.Hoping you all have a good weekend. I plan on being in a lake at a friends camp. 97 predicted for tomorrow. I miss temps in the 70’s.

Woke up early with a huge sinus headache that had started doing a number on my neck. Heated up a rice bag and went back to "sleep". Barometric pressure was dropping fast, and it still hasn't bottomed out. At least one inch of rain expected this afternoon. Not even seven and Tippy wants to go outside. Sigh!!

Wish I could sleep in, but I'm usually awake by 6am. If I'm not, one of the cats will start to walk on me or bite my hair. Of course I'm usually ready to go to bed by 9 or 10pm. Took a walk this morning. We walked to where they're starting to build the infrastructure for a new housing development a mile from where we live. Looks like single family homes. In the neighborhood close to us, it's a mix of single family and townhouses. Lots of building going on. Hopefully, we'll get some better grocery store options as the population increases. Would love a Whole Foods, Wegmans or Trader Joes.
Otherwise, a quiet day. Enjoy your day and stay cool.

Looking for and enjoying beauty is another way to nourish the soul.
The universe is in the habit of making beauty. There are flowers
and songs, snowflakes and smiles, acts of great courage, laughter
between friends, a job well done, the smell of fresh-baked bread.
Beauty is everywhere, ready to nourish the soul. It must only
be seen to begin helping us.

I have been sleeping in, but it is rather hit and miss. I generaly do wake at my normal 5 a.m. time, but use the bathroom and lay down again and can go back to sleep. Generally go to bed between 10 and 11 p.m. I don't always remember to take my melatonin at night. I have a suspicion I actually do have a better sleep when I take it, but I sort of hate to wake up all the way to get it down -- so find in the mornings a lot still on the bedside table.
Nothing special planned today. We did out shopping early although Dh just told me he forgot to tell me we needed dry doggood ---grrrr. Another trip to Wamart's is in store I guess. Have to pick up my daughter from work. SIL has a really heavy sinus infection and we are going to let him sleep since he has spent two nights up with it. Finally went to clinic to get meds for it. We can also pick up our free iced coffees if we go pick her up. . My wt. is starting to go back a bit. I had been hanging at 146, then ir creeped up to 147, and then 148. I felt some concern but all other numbers stayed about the same and I could easily see my ankles -- so I waited. Now I'm going back the other way. I had a couple of days where I wasn't doing much -- so I reacted by not burning enough calories apparently.
Right now I'm fighting my little finger. Not sure what is going on with it. Seems to be centered in the bottom joint nearest my palm. I'm thinking arthiritis but who knows for sure.
Hope you all have a good day. Hope you do get a good store cardplayer. I had hopes the old IGA would become a Krogers, but no -- some outfit boutht it to turn it into temperature controlled storage units. I suppose they will find users, but in this town, I actually wonder how many ( other than maybe a few months while estates or something are being settled ) units will get used there. Most people have a habit of keeping things better donated so don't need a controlled enviorment. I will say -- I think they will dress the property and building up really well. I'm already un-happy with them though. They have disallowed my going on the property to feed the feral cats. We have had to try and move them and it has not gone well. In fact, all have quit coming save for one. I would imagine that it has a 'home' of sorts -- somewhere food is left out, but prefers the brand we show up with. We will see. We may just quit and donate food from time to time to someone else.

Judy, would you believe this was my 11th MRI since 1991? I've become an old pro at this. It was at Evanston, a non-contrast one, so no IV and it took just 1/2 hr., with no breath-holding. Had to take off my clothes, bra, glasses & jewelry and wear 100% cotton "granny panties," but for some weird reason they let me keep my sneakers on even though the eyelets are metal. Had really good earplugs and headphones, and asked for the classical music to be cranked up to where it was more audible than the noise. It was either those things, my hearing acuity deteriorating, or the new scanners being quieter, but it was quite tolerable and almost relaxing. My back did feel quite warm, but they warned me it would. Otherwise it was kind of chilly in there.
Your hip MRI will likely be for the surgeon to measure & determine specs for custom-fabricating the tools & jigs for your implant(s), the way it went for my L knee replacement. The nursing wing at your complex would not be useful unless it has a PT and OT room. For at least the first 7-10 days after a TKR, there needs to be twice-daily PT and daily OT (usually Sundays off). I had to stay in inpatient rehab because my house has 7 stairs up from street level, and I was not yet cleared to do weightbearing stair-climbing. You live in an elevstor building with a street-level lobby, so as long as you can get a ride over to EAC you can recuperate at home (I'm sure you can administer your own pain meds & ice therapy). When I had my TKRs, patients got released from hospital to either home or rehab after 3 days. The hospital stay for THR may be even shorter--unless you go for a bilateral. (My surgeon would do only one knee per year--he reserved bilateral TKRs for his patients under 60 with BMIs within normal limits--I was definitely obese back then). Most people I know who had their hips replaced had bilaterals--it's a short recovery, with immediate weightbearing and less pain than knees. Don't worry about assistive devices--they won't send you home without a wheeled walker, and you'll probably skip crutches and graduate straight to a cane. I have a Rollator you can borrow.
The Ravinia trip yesterday had its hits and (mostly) misses. First, Bob took 2-1/4 hrs to drive home from Oak Lawn, due to construction, "police activity" and accidents on the expressways--plus it was Friday. The Red and Purple Lines were delayed (and the elevators at Howard for switching platforms were out of service), so lots of stair climbing. Missed the 6:03 out of Davis but caught the 6:24. Should have waited: we found out too late that it was a semi-express--going from Glencoe to Highland Pk. Conductor said the 6:32 was a local. Asked if we should get off at Glencoe and wait for it, and he said it would be much faster to ride to Highland Pk. and take the "free shuttle to the show." He even made that announcement over the P.A. after we left Glencoe. Well, we and about 10 other passengers waited and waited...till a PACE driver told us that there WAS NO SHUTTLE because Ravinia's lots didn't fill up on classical concert nights. (And normally the site gives a week's notice, but they can't tell from day to day on what nights the lots will be full enough to require parking in Highland Park). We ordered a Lyft, but other people's rides came before ours, even though we called for ours first. (Probably lost a few stars in the algorithm since it'd been so long since I used my account).
We didn't get to the park till 7:35, when our TreeTop buffet dinner res was for 6:45 (we'd have made the 6:03 local had Bob not been stuck in traffic and the CTA not been delayed). At least we hadn't had to put down a credit card deposit. Downbeat was set for 8, so we got a couple of things (turkey leg for Bob, burnt ends sandwich with slaw for me) from the "Market Place." Figured I'd just eat the fillings and toss the bun...but the place was out of napkins and all utensils except knives. Had to spear the beef chunks like kebabs, and use the knife to scrape the slaw into my mouth. Dashed to our seats just in time...for the awful first piece, an atonal dissonant modern Polish "symphony" (I use the term only in the sense that it was divided into movements and played by an orchestra). It sounded like we were being attacked by a swarm of bees while sitting in the middle of a NYC traffic jam. Then there was a 15 min. intermission. (Had we known that in advance--the site didn't list an opening piece--we'd have gone up to the TreeTop and had a leisurely buffet dinner till intermission).
The Brahms Requiem was magnificent, though. I was lip-syncing throughout--it was my favorite choral piece to sing, at least as a soprano. We had to wait half an hour for the southbound Metra train, and mercifully, there were no stairs on that platform at Davis (and the elevator to the Purple Line worked). When the Purple Line train reached Howard (after a long delay in the switching yard), there was a Red Line train waiting on the same platform, so we didn't have to climb stairs this time. We made it home just before the lightning & rain. I was so hungry I ate a piece of the coffee cake Bob's patient gave him...meh. Not worth the carbs or calories.
Hope tomorrow's trip downtown goes more smoothly. Since we'll start in Streeterville for Bob's haircut, and then go first to the Art Institute and then dinner, parking could get very expensive--whether at one garage or two. We'll likely cab or rideshare it down there, maybe take the bus to the museum and walk to whatever restaurant is nearby with availability and food I can (should) eat. Storms should be over before we have to leave the house.

We usually look outside ourselves for heroes and teachers. It has not occurred to most people that they may already be the role model they seek. The wholeness they are looking for may be trapped within themselves by beliefs, attitudes, and self-doubt. But our wholeness exists in us now. Trapped though it may be, it can be called upon for guidance, direction, and most fundamentally, comfort. It can be remembered. Eventually we may come to live by it. -Rachel Naomi Remen

Jackie, what a shame that you can't continue to feed the feral cats.
0 -
I'm sad about that too Carole. I think I'll end up likely finding some other way to help out the animal world. Once in awhile I think things happen for a reason so I will be keeping my eyes open to see if 'something' clues me in on that. I do feel the loss, but I also know that there were other people all along that were making sure the kits had something. Just don't know if they were consistent. I did make sure to go on a daily basis.
Nothing much planned today. Some rain is possible but they say only a 30 % chance. That may be when we get the deluge of the century. We can never be real sure stuck in our little pocket here. We usually get skipped but not enough to count on. The a/c is already coming on this a.m. so it is not the coolest out of doors. I haven't peeked out yet to 'feel' for myself. There is a little breeze, but it is little.
I hope you all have a good day.

It was 70 this morning. I opened the apartment up, because the predicted high was 77. It is now 78, at noon. A low of 48 predicted tonight, so I will leave it open until morning when I wake up. Woke up this morning with a headache, so washed the sheets. Tippy will get a bath, also since he gets a trim form the groomer tomorrow.

We had evening thunderstorms last night that cooled things off a bit. Woke up to 66 degrees this morning. It quickly warmed up and now it’s in the mid-90s. We got our walk in before it got too hot. We expect a week of heat and thunderstorms. Typical summer.
There’s a trap-neuter-return group in our area to help with the feral cat issue. We adopted our current cats from the local SPCA at 5 months old. Have either had cats that showed up on our door or adopted via the shelter.
Enjoy your Sunday

We got a couple of thundershowers overnight that eliminated the need for me to water the tomato plants or set up the lawn sprinkler today. The far north & west suburbs weren't so lucky, though: flash flooding everywhere, including in upscale Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, where my dermatologist is located. They got 6" of rain in as many hours. Yesterday, two EF-0 twisters touched down in & around Naperville; relatively minor tree, siding & gutter damage. No injuries.
It was in the mid-80s today, but about to cool off considerably overnight, going down into the low 60s. We can dial back the bedroom A/C and not have to run any at all during the day tomorrow, because we'll only get into the low 70s here by the lake. Not going above the low 80s any time soon, no severe storm warnings here in the city for awhile. (I really hate cowering in the basement waiting till the tornado warnings expire, which seems to be the downside of summer weather around these parts).
Messaged my ortho about my back MRI but haven't heard diddly from her or her trainer. That's the downside of NorthShore Skokie's walk-in ortho clinic: more likely than not you get a young sportsmedicine doc rather than an experienced ortho surgeon (if you make an appointment with one of the latter, be prepared to wait weeks to be seen). If the sportsmedicine docs have "trainers" rather than PAs, why don't the trainers "train," rather than fobbing patients off to PTs who may not knoe what to do? My PT adjacent to EAC is very nice, but I recall the one I had for back issues in 2017 at the hospital's professional bldg. gave me a more organized program of supervised exercise.
Judy, if you are considering going outside the NorthShore system to a joint replacement surgeon at Rush, that hospital has an integrated inpatient rehab center, Johnston R. Bowman, dedicated to orthopedic patients. Instead of discharging you to home or an offsite facility, they whisk you down the corridor and across the skybridge to Bowman. That's what I did in 1996 when my tibia had to be reconstructed after I was hit by a car. The rooms were in "pods" around a central dayroom/refreshment area; and we wheeled ourselves to PT & OT twice a day. It was just before Christmas, so my family brought me my guitar and I was able to join the resident pianist to sing holiday songs on the pediatric & geriatric floors. Bowman has been greatly expanded and renovated since I was there. I think they now even have a dining room/restaurant like the ones at the Alden rehabs at Old Orchard and Village Crossing.

Not sure what it will do today. Maybe a little shower. We had lots of thunder yesterday early evening, but not a drop of moisture showed up. There is some sun out, but it is fairly muted -- who knows.
Sandy, that Rush system sounds like having to be at the hospital/rehab isn't as daunting as one usually feels about it.
Hope you all have a good day.
