Googled NAC:  A skin-sparing mastectomy will be performed with preservation of the nipple-areolar complex (NAC).

added that and SOB for short of breath.

This is such an excellent list -- I'm going to suggest to the mods that it get "pinned" to the top of the forum so it is front and center.

Foxy - which thread do you see it?  Here's something on Google but not sure if it applies to what you have read:

"PTC299 is currently being developed for the treatment of cancer. It has completed Phase 1a trials in healthy volunteers, and is now being studied in a Phase 1b study in patients with solid tumors and a Phase 1b/2 study in women with metastatic breast cancer..."

It mentioned something about clinical trials but I believe this may be at least a year old.
