Ladies, popping in to say good afternoon. Another crazy life here. School let out the last week in May here and goes back August 6. Yes on a FRIDAYTongue out They are taking the normal 2 wks at Christmas, one week for Thanksgiving and one week for Easter BUT additionally they are taking a week for Winter in Feb. and a week in Oct. for Fall. CRAZY I wish they would just go ahead and switch to year round school. It's so hard on the parents to find good help to watch the kids and the day care centers just pile them in with the babies. Not goodUndecided

Saw surgeon today and all is goodLaughing now I just want to take a nap but must still go out to vote before electrician comes tonight to fix outdoor light.

    Have a great day.

I have lots of beads.  I started a few projects years ago and never finished them.  Someday I'll either work on them again, or give the stuff away.  I made mostly earrings.

I'm a scrapbooker!  Have enough "stuff" to open my own store!  Don't seem to find time to do it very often, but I love to do it when I do.

Eph3 12  I just made my first scrapbook. It was fun. DH kept asking me why I was saving all these little scraps of paper. You know paper menus, receipts and such. When I finished the book he was surprised.

Joni, You and I should get together and open a scrapbooking store.  I have the hardest time leaving the craft stores without just one more paper.  DH says I need to cut back on how much I scrapbook, because we don't have enough space to store all the books.

I just had an interesting visit with my chiropractor. Turns out my back is fine. My problem has all along been my tailbone. How embarrassing! I guess at some point I giggled when I should have wiggled. My family has always called me the #$$ less wonder of the world due to my lack of gluteus maximus and now it's been confirmed by a doctor. My flat bottom causes me to shift to one side thus throwing off the whole works. Geez Louise! So now I have to go get my rear end aligned. I'm just hoping that my exhaust system hold upCool.

Not to mention your ignition!!! Make sure you trust the mechanic Paulding.  Some can be rip-offs!

    Where is Patoo?

And ImInnocent but are we talking about cars or Paulding's flat issues?

Patoo, I have another abreviation to add NB = Navelbine  Navelbine is an anti-cancer ("antineoplastic" or "cytotoxic") chemotherapy drug. Navelbine is classified as a "plant alkaloid."

Wow, you guys are having a lot of fun on this thread.  I thought it was just for the newbies and abbreviations.  Silly me!

Paulding, sorry to hear about your flat ass, I will be happy to share my extra large curvey one with you.  I bet I have enough back there to make 2 nice ones!

Now that business is taken care of...

Paulding, I broke my tailbone when I was young and it does cause problems.  I mentioned it to my chiropractor and he said if it was really bad, you can have "someone" adjust it, but it can be uncomfortable.  He will only adjust it from the outside, if you get my drift.  It doesn't cause THAT much pain. I have to much curvature in my lower back whic throws my gait off.  It has caused bursitis in my hips.

OMG - I'm sorry I've been MIA for a few weeks - my mum is taking up more and more of my time lately, the dementia seems to be advancing more quickly and I just don't seem to have time to turn on the computer much.

It's a year ago today that I first visited BC.org!!

    Thanks for being here!!!

    Love to all!!

Good to see you Ainm.  My dad is mid-stage alzheimer's.  I'm very thankful that I have a wonderful step-mother who takes good care of him so I don't have to do that much but visit.

Oh, Eph.  I wish you were my stepdaughter.  My real one has never appreciated me being in her dad's life at all.  Not that she has made an effort to be there, she just doesn't want anyone else there either.
