Theresa, Ellie, Traci, Janet  ~ thank you for your cheers! Yes, I'm soooo happy the rads are done and would you know it? I thought I almost forgot to go for rads this noon time and then remembered it is all over! Fini !

Tori ~ you are so welcome :) anytime you need my help, just holler :)

I'm wondering why I broke out in hives and itchy on the left side of my body?  And the right ear is swollen, itchy and bright red.  So last night and tonight, I took 50mg of Benadryl just to curb the itch.  It could've been something that I ate.

Traci ~ when one of us sees a unique looking train engine, do you want to buy it (like a drawing/pircture)?

Erin welcome, I am so sorry you have to deal with this devil, But God has brought you here to us for a reason.  We are Mons and if we can help you in any way we are here for you and we all had cancer so we know what you are going through.  Keep your faith strong. Bless you.

    Alice welcome.

Shelia, Good to see you again.  We are praying for you.

Tori, your done Praise the Lord.

Theresa,  I also think I will miss His soft voice because of the clamor of the world around me.  I pray he speaks Loud for me so I hear.

Well you know I live in Buffalo, so now I am snowed in.  I got home last night after working a double, today I will decorate the house and just rest.  I hurt so much from Fermera I don't know if I am going to stay on it for long.  I tried Aromison and now I don't know it it was better.  I am stiff and hurt, I didn't feel like this on tomoxifin. I hate how I feel, but I know so many are far worse than me.  I had a Dr app yesterday with my PS for my revision surgery but had to cancel bc of weather, so now that will be delayed at least a week.  I was hoping to have my surgery before Christmas.

Ok for now I will see all tonight at 10:00  Love all you ladies.

Betty - yes, heard on the radio that Buffalo is really socked in.  Oh well, makes it look more like Christmas I'm sure!

Sheila - we'll add that to intentions tonight.  Sorry you're having a hard time w/Aromasin.  Have only taken 2 Arimidex and had heart palpatations.  It is the same i used to get when I had any caffeine - had to give up coffee, etc many years ago.  That's all I need is a heart attack.  I have no other risk factors for rare heart side effects - no high blood pressure or high cholesterol, normal EKGs, not overweight, etc.  Don't know what I'm going to do now - I tested as poor metabolizer for Tamox.

Michelle - how did it go???

JanetinVirginia,-------I had to giggle as I read your post saying I have grace under fire....I so don't have grace...I'm sooooo stubborn and too feisty sometimes....I hate to admit it, but I also do like to drop a few "choice" words as well.  Yes, I know it's not ladylike, nor is it very Christian like, but I tell you what.....sometimes, nothing make me feel better than screaming some "naughtiness"....besides, when it's all over, I end up laughing at myself and laughter always makes me feel better....  :)

Looking forward to prayers tonight ladies, as I have missed the last couple of weeks due to Thanksgiving and being forgetful...

My emotions are all over the place lately...probably a combination of everything....but, I hate it.   I'm crying at friggin' commercials for goodness sakes!  And they are commercials that I have seen a hundred times...

Oh Good Lord...I'm rambling now...do you think I need some human interaction, or what??  :)

    Until later my sisters,

    peace and prayers,

    Tori

Sisters - am fighting to keep the eyelids open until 10pm, but I'm losing the battle.  Every time I sit down I start to nod off.  So, have been walking around on purpose and folding laundry to stay awake! All I can think of is getting into a nice warm bed.  Too much cold fresh air today doing yardwork outside.  A good 'tired.'  But, I will be with you in spirit.  Will catch up tomorrow.  God bless us every one.

Laura - what did you mean when you said your LE was normal?  Is it gone?

Sheila - I'm on tamoxifen and it took a bit to get used to it... I don't like the achy bones all the time!  I live with the hot flashes. :-(  My onc is going to switch me in a couple of years to an AE.

Betty - my sympathies to you with all the snow!!!!! :-\

Tori - I completely understand the roller coaster emotions!  Yep, commercials, news stories, movies, articles....

Prayer time... are we having prayer time??

    Good evening,

I have typed up Advent week 1 prayer and prayer to Holy Virgin Mother:

Advent - Christmas Season week 1

"Jesus said to his disciples: "Be constantly on the watch! Stay awake!...You do not know when the Master of the house is coming." Mk 13:33 First Sunday of Advent

O Jesus, Your voice sounds through the house of my world: Be on Your guard! Stay awake!

Yet I hardly hear You.  Busy with so much, I go about the things I do like a servant trapped in household routine, hardly giving a thought to what my life is about.  My spirit within has grown tired and You, my God, seem far away.  How can I hear Your voice today?

Speak to my heart during this season of grace, as You spoke to Your prophets and saints. Remind me again of the journey You call me to make and the work You would have me do.  I am Your servant, O Lord.  Speak to me in this holy season and turn my eyes to watch for Your coming.

O Emmanuel, Jesus Christ, desire of every nation, Savior of all peoples, come and dwell among us.

Prayer to Mary, Mother of God

Holy Mary, God gave you a high heavenly place as mother of His Son, Jesus Christ, yet you still belong to the families of the earth.
Tree of Life, you bore the fruit of our salvation because you believed God's word to you.

Mother of Life, Mother of our Salvation, Revealer of Grace, stand by us as we approach your Son.

    Pray for us sinners.

    May He see your innocence and forgive our faults;
May he remember your humility and pardon our pride.

Mother of God, so many graces and privileges are yours.

The Lord looked kindly on you.

With all the saints intercede for us, your children, that we may be worthy of the promises of Christ.

We turn to you for protection, holy Mother of God.

Listen to our prayers and help us in our needs.

Save us from every danger, glorious and blessed Virgin.

Remember, most loving Virgin Mary, never was it heard that anyone who turned to you for help was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, though burdened by my sins, I run to you for protection for you are my mother.

Mother of the Word of God, do not despise my words of pleading but be merciful and hear my prayer.
    Amen.

Prayer to Saint PeregrineO great St. Peregrine, you have been called "The Mighty," "The Wonder-Worker," because ofthe numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse toyou.  For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you.(Pause here and silently recall the names of the sick for whom you are praying)Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, asong of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy. AmenClosing PrayerMay the Lord bless and keep us. May He make His face to shine upon us and be gracious to us.  May the Lord look kindly upon us, and grant us a lasting peace. Amen

I so loved the Advent prayer thanks so much! For all suffering in pain this evening that the Grace of God may ease burdens for all of you during this beautiful season.

The Advent prayer was just a reflection of the first Sunday Mass last week, Thank you for reminding me.

Traci I am thinking of you tonight especially I hope your burdens are eased.

    Good night beautiful ladies!

    Amen!

I need a special mention as I have broken out with rash and it must've been what I ate Tuesday night.  The rash started Wed morning, it was very minor and then my R ear is bright red, itchy and hot.  Then there's rash on my L arm and below my L breast.  My R ear is still big, but it had subsided.  Very weird, so I was taking Benadryl to very little improvement, so today I took Zyrtec, tiny bit better but I just can't wait till it all return back to normal.

    Good night to all!

Keep us safe, Lord, while we are awake, and guard us as we sleep, so that we can keep watch with Christ and rest in peace.

May the almighty Lord grant us a quiet night and a perfect end.

    Amen.

    Good night.
