A funny - when I put my gown on to wait for the technologist to get me to do the mamm, I looked down ................. for pockets!! I chuckled a bit, thinking of all you gals. Sorry you had to wait in my jacket pockets in the changing room, you were so neat - there were no crumbs to be found! And, quiet - I heard no complaints!

I have come to realize that my previous mamms before my Dx might not have even been positioned to view the area of the lump: outer quadrant, 10:00 position, in the armpit/very outer edge of breast, actually in the flat area just past the rising of the breast. Since I found the lump, I have always had to show the gal where it was & then they have always had to do more views. This happened again today. She did one, I asked her if she got the area (I showed her), she said no & then took another farther over. And that one hurt like hell........as always. I honestly don't think they would have ever seen it on a mamm. She did 3 views on the bc side & 2 on the left.

    Now I wait........

Keeping good thoughts for you, Hollyann, on Monday.

    (( K )) I'm so happy for you, expecting Grandchild #3. ♥

ETA ~ No results as I waited. I asked again & the gal said the Dr has too many things to view & can't do one as someone waits. Oh, well....

    (( special hug Annette ))

Sheila praying that you have a good visit with your onc on Monday and clean labs as always :)))

Annette - if you are driving to NY in the spring just stop here in Alabama and I'll meet you somewhere and I'll drive up with you.  We will make it a girls week! Wink  I've told Sheila one way or the other I'm going to get up there to see here even if I have to walk ... one of these days! LOL

Oh yes, Annette good luck with the tatts

Ihasamom - just WOW!! what a story you have to tell.  That is so much to have gone through in a short time.  I can't wait to hear the rest of the story.  Welcome to the group.  Where are you in your treatment.  Medication? Radiation or chemo? or none of the above?

I had to share, My sons football team has not won a game in over 2 years, yet these kids practice 6 days a week and play their hearts out. A few weeks ago my son asked if they could participate in coaches against cancer. The Athletic Director ordered pink socks and arm bands and my son told me he really wanted to win to honor me. well they did it. 48-13. The kids were so excited, dumping water on coach, running the field. It was like they won the Super Bowl.  I will be starting chemo on Thursday so this lifted everyones spirits. I love you Matt and you are so supportive of me..Thank You

Annette...went this morning blood work and everything as he does it every 4 months.

He'll call me tomorrow or Wednesday with the results.

He has a new nurse. First try and the blood was drawn. At least she knows what she is doing but no personality. She started with a fake smile and ended with the same one like Stepford Wives the movie.

Am I too picky/ NO but i cant stand fake people i just want to slap them.

    HUGS♥

Thanks for the chocolate... Jo it was really gooey but good. Had to take time and wash my hands so they wouldn't mess up the computer!

Sheila, I love the shift... would really like to have one. Where did you find this???

It's cloudy and supposed to rain later this evening so I didn't get any exercise in other than feeding my face.... had a salad to balance out the chocolate.

Glad the OV went well. Sheila I don't like fake faces either it reminds me of people putting a cardboard likeness in front of them and I just want to say BOO.

    (((hugs)))) to all.
