Tomorrow I met my new Primary...i have all the papers ready.....
loosing my DR after 26 years wasn't easy...no no he didn' die...it's Insurance related.
I need referral to a new Oncologist......you know what I hate to explain myself all over again to 2 new DR. At my age I want them to leave me alone......Sorry for ranting........

OK Ladies...Finally i have a new DR who I met today and liked him. He will be my Primary.
Now i need to make arrangements with a new Oncologist which I know they take my new Insurance.
I feel like I belong.
He is on the 5th floor...Instead of taking the elevator I walked and my BP was perfect.

Tuesday i will have a ECG (sp) to check my heart...not that there is anything wrong he just wants it for his records.
I had Irregular Heartbeats couple of times...which could have been anxiety related......He said everything sounded good.

Granny............I want so bad to come, but I am a horrible "alone" traveler.................I use to get lost when I was living in Springfield, just trying to find my way home..............by taking a different street..........
I'm in Drexel Hill now, and I go to a supermarket that is not that far away.......there are 2 ways to get there.......one is a back road, one the main road...............I got lost trying to find the way using the back road..................I do find coming back, but going to, I end up 5 streets higher up then I want to be................so much for the short cut.
Meeting you ladies would be so fantastic, but I am concerned.........my daughter said "bus", then she said she would drive me to Trenton, and I could get the train....................I am really concerned, and between the Femara, and the bum knee, I can't walk far.
My son said it is about 8 blocks from Penn to GCS......I could not walk 8 blocks, My walking ability is very bad..........From the waist down, this body is "shot".......................Other then the cancer, the upper body works well................................i am so angry about all this.......I'm missing out again because of walking problems...................old age sucks............

Then I'll be lost. i'm like you i have no sense of directions.

ducky: Better be careful what you wish for...I bet granny would come and escort you if she could, she wants you to come so bad! I would be terrified of going anywhere in NYC by myself. I've been a small town girl too long I guess. I remember going there on business once and trying to find my hotel which was down by the trade towers. I crossed the Brooklyn Bridge three times before I found the right turn! Never again!

I haven't been to NYC since I was a teenager. My grandparents used to live on Long Island but moved to Miami when I was in middle school. My DH is definitely a small town guy and doesn't even like going into downtown Atlanta! We're out in the 'burbs and that's as close as he is going to get...

Ok listen up ladies.....I am not a nun but i have a flying broom....and yes ducky ill let you borrow it....i was tryin to talk veggy into comin but she has lots of issues so i doubt it.
what i said about penn station i meant next time....Sheila i could meet you at GCS and anyone else and then go get ducky at penn station where her train goes..does that sound like a plan...you know that this will be the first meeting of many more.There is a train that takes you to penn st.from GCS.we could work it out(next time)
for now we are on for the 4th right?now we need to set a time and place.I am sooo ready for this.Is anyone else comin?My bus pulls into port authorty but ill find GCS ans i worked in NY most of my like and spent lots of time jumpin from train to train.....

granny..I just googled both stations they are not that close 1.2 miles. I dont mind walking and meet you there but it looks very confusing..........
i don't know where to take transportation from GCS to reach Penn....I'm PMing you my numbers now.
So far I have my train schedule it's every half an hour............

my bus schedule to port authority depepnding on the time runs in the morning every 10 min.but as the day progresses it goes to 20-30 min.
ill need some extra time as im comin to port authority but i know it doesnt take long.damn i used to do it all the time...see what happens when you retire and then do 33 tx/of rads.that = brain dead...
