Original poster. Whoo hoo, left a note and forgot to hit post YEAH, I forgot the procedure.
Hope folks that have posted here have had good outcomes. I do know some have not. My heart is with them.

BUT anyone coming here start out with hope, prayer and love. Trust in God. Love a lot. Hug a lot. Pray a lot. Laugh as you can. Seek happiness in small moments and large moments. Savor them all.

Fear is your enemy. Tell it to f off. Grab every moment.

If you are new, go back to page one. That's where the organizing stuff is that will help you get through this quagmire. Proud of myself I didn't swear.

BUT MAYBE, I CAN leave you a thought that will help. It was a sorority pledge song in 1971, that is very &^$#@%&

It's done to an old camp song. Used it my entire life. Not much in these last years i.e. going home after a 14 hour shifts or a bleeping cancer diagnosis, or two or three on different body parts. BUT still walking and talking.

"Shit Damn Hell, Son of a Bastard, Bitch , Rape, Screw, Fuck you, and you can got Hell too. "

Humming it works wonders too, when in areas where you are seriously pissed. Like being told you have cancer.

I don't care if it's politically incorrect, it works well with being pissed off with anything,

No agenda, just a very nice screaming thing. It's like taking a dose of Valium. Go a few rounds and it's quite better than Ativan.

God bless and Keep you in the hollow of his hand.

Dx in 2008, made it to 2026, have had weird stuff every single year since. Faith and prayer and sticking to following up all problems either proactively or regimentally.
