Hello everyone and thank you all for your posts. I also find comfort in knowing I’m not alone in my struggles and on this journey. It’ll be 2 years in July since my implants were placed after my tissue expanders. Just yesterday I unknowingly started scratching at my cancer affected foob. It’s red and feels warm or hot to the touch. I noticed it immediately since I’m used to the ice cold implants 🥶. I’m worried it’s an allergic reaction? Im thinking I’ll bring it up to my oncologist and see if they recommend I go to my breast surgeon or plastic surgeon as I don’t see them regularly anymore.

@catgirl7, have you been able to get ahold of your oncologist to get their take on what you're experiencing? As well as allergic reaction, is it possible you might have an infection? Read more here:
