Officially dx @ 36, though my first abnormal mammo was at age 35. They found a "lymph node" they wanted to watch... It wasn't a lymph node after all. :/

I was 78 when I was diagnosed although BS thinks it had been there for as much as 10 years. Couldn't be seen on mammo due to moderately dense breasts. Now 80 and doing fine so far.

I was 47, soon to be 48. I had a biopsy at 45 that can back benign, interestingly enough my BS said it has probably been there 2 years. I got the impression that when she looked at my pathology report from 2 years earlier that something in there might have suggested precancerous cells.

    35. Diagnosed 2 months after getting engaged, then got married shortly before mastectomy while my breast was still intact for the wedding dress.

I was 45. I was being screened every six months due to some suspicious lesions found in my ‘good’ breast a few years prior during routine Mammo. Somehow it didn’t show up during those screening until it was quite large

I was 51, about 3 months before my 52nd birthday and significantly older than my sister's age at the time of her diagnosis. She was 35, about 3 months before her 36th birthday.

In September of 2013, when I was 46, I received the dreaded call back for a diagnostic mammogram, but I was given the all clear. I can't help but wonder now if what they originally saw back then was the beginning of my cancer because the diagnostic one was a spot compression in the same area where both of my cancerous areas were discovered. I was told my cancer was caught early, but who knows how long it really was there?
