Brenda, those require some major meditation. Thanks! And still passing on the advice for handling stress like a dog to everyone I talk with - makes lots of people laugh.

"Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit." - Napoleon Hill (1883-1970)

The cold doesn't bother me anyway -- Let it Go, The Frozen (Disney, for those of you who don't have middle schoolers).

The song speaks to me for some reason.  I think it has a message for me and for many others, particularly women.  Every time I hear the end I think "so there!"

Attention without object is a supreme form of prayer.  Simone Weil

The Zen master Ikkyu was once asked to write a distillation of the highest wisdom. He wrote only one word: Attention.
The visitor was displeased. "Is that all?" So Ikkyu obliged him. Two words now.
    Attention. Attention.
