    Ladies,

Love, love, love the red rocks pics. As some of you know I have had such a desire to go out West just to photograph them. I am laid up with Shingles for the third time so had to cancel my photography classes on Photoshop. Oh well. No picture taking for me for a while.

Wow Lisa .Since you mentioned Bryce Canyon to me several months ago I have been so interested in looking at online pics of this fabulous State Park. It is truly a marvel of nature that I hope to one day see in person to photograph. Love your collage. Just gorgeous.

I am attaching my first attempt at photographing hummingbirds. These are the first and last pics I have taken in a very long time. As I ride this shingles out posting is about all I can do now. I got these from this nature center at my mom's. They had feeders everywhere. I saw more hummers in those couple days than in my whole life. What a treat.

You can see me in the reflection on the first one. I was trying to hide behind some garbage cans. LOL Can't fool those little buggars.

Glad you have the hummers to shoot. Hoping you get to feeling better soon. I am very nervous about shingles as I can't get the shot because it is a live virus.

Lisa - if I'm not being too nosey... why can't you have a live virus?

    Meanwhile, more pictures...  :)

gardengumby. The chemo mix with treatment for my breast cancer fried my liver and now I have chemo induced cirrhosis. So my liver Doctor says no live virus immunizations.

OK Lisa, You've done it again! I'm moving to San Diego! We lived in the LA County Claremont for most of my life and visited the SD zoo and La Jolla often. Always loved it. In fact, one of my daughters lived there for some time. When my dh took early retirement, we moved to the mountains just outside of Yosemite. Now I love it here, but oh do I miss the ocean influenced climate.

On my sleepless nights I plot my moves to all the beautiful places I've been. I'll have to make another pass thru Utah on my way to San Diego.

Jan69 you live near Yosemite how nice is that! I have moved over 20 times all over the USA plus 4 years in Madrid Spain. But I loved the best the moves by the oceans. We picked San Diego as our permanent home 40 years ago. I just love it here.
