@irishlove We are not hot right now and it is cool but no way to enjoy since air quality is still poor from wildfires. I know there are some in US but most smoke coming from Northern Ontario. We have crews, water bombers and others working their way out there but problem is, the forest up there is super dense and not all of it even has roads and we are dealing a province which is 55% bigger than Texas. I hope that winds move away from the north, not sure if east, west would be as effective as south. Other than that, a good dumping of rain in the North may be of help in addition to all we are doing.

Got some sort of stomach bug, finally started throwing up. The stomach pain itself is minor, cannot say I am enjoying it but take antinausea is just stalling what needs to happen which is throwing up. If I have a bug of some sort, get rid of it that way. Got a bucket out here in living room, clearing out every few minutes. Asked DB if he can get me some gingerale later on. Doing best not to cry about this, figure I just need to get rid of whatever it is.

Laundry, floors etc will be forthcoming as well.

I do hope all have a good day, in pockets for all as well.

@mara51506 Ugh sorry you're dealing with a stomach bug, fingers crossed it's a 24 hr bug. Hope the ginger ale helps you feel a bit better. Yes those fires are a huge task to handle and I hope it clears this week, our air quality is much better here today. Feel better❤️

@shanagirl It's great to see ya, glad to hear you're doing ok.😊

@threetree Great news, may Xeloda continue to keep things under control🤞

@irishlove Stay cool they heat has been brutal this summer. Go Phil's, we really enjoyed watching the homerun derby and the All Star game and festivities. I thought they did a fabulous job representing Philly!

Thinking of many and hoping your struggles are minimal today💕

DB brought SIL over to drop off gingerale and she brought cleaner and some Pepto bismol tablets. Have not vomited since this morning but cramps are still a feature. Going to try have an english muffin, just butter, take usual digestive enzyme and a loperimide since it slows down digestion. Have not had the BIG D thankfully. If all goes well, will eat more normal tomorrow though keeping small amounts of anything I have. Not willing to take anymore zofran, I feel worse after it is taken being so drowsy.

I am still getting sick, not a whole lot though. Cramps are still on the mild side but between my tummy troubles is hunger hanging on too believe it or not. Will make a plain buttered english muffin, cannot see being able to eat it dry. I am also going to take both loperimide and a couple 4mg ondansetron with a digestive enzyme. I did not run into trouble this time so took couple more ondansetron and will head off to bed.

@irishlove Gradually improving. Eating as normal today, really tired of either no food or bland food. Just using smaller amounts of each ingredient to add to a meal. Hoping not to take more zofran but will if need be. I do hope your DH improves soon.

I am finishing up laundry that sat around from yesterday, only spin cycle left. Once done with that, cat left a present for me to take care of. Was right before bed so put towels over and went to bed, once washer emptied can gather up the towels and toss into the washer. I think at times, Tiggers stomach does better with wet food. I use a fork to mash it down, pate is the only kind he likes. Ava is flexible, she will eat the bits in gravy and eat it all, when he was given that he licked the gravy and left the bits.

I am planning to have rice, beans, lentils and beefless ground with a small handful of shredded cheese. No chopping, just mashing the black beans first, put all ingredients in bowl and microwave it. the 1/6th little measure I use is more than enough. Later I can see a burrito in my future. Post if good or super different. Staying away from fast food, not convinced one of thos Mcdonald's meals I had couple days ago did not agree with me.

EDIT My first meal turned out to contain beans and lentils, 1/3 cup each and I had a burrito as the main part of the meal. Used a small amount of ranch and small amount of caesar dressings and cheddar seasoning with some manwich seasoning. Had a granola bar, the peanut butter variety. No issues with my belly, if anything the cramping pain went away which is good.

I do hope all have a good day. If anyone here is in Northern Ontario or still getting smoke, wear masks when out and stay safe. Same routine as COVID. For us in Ontario, Australia and New Zealand are going to help with the fires and we appreciate it. I also see hundreds of fires in the states, again hope everyone is safe from fire and the inevitable smoke. I am in everyone's pockets.

I am feeling better. Ate normally yesterday and no real issues. Back to beans, lentils and rice with whatever else I add to it.

Thinking of picking up some new yogurt, I forgot about what I had and it is 2 months old. Not really willing to take a chance what I have. It does not smell bad but still, need to be cautious.

EDIT put in an order, getting 8 wee yogurts, good protein in each, more cheese and burritos and a 3 pack of the crest 3D toothpaste. I like it as a first brush then use some of my colgate sensitivity pro. Crest is better at stain removal but can leave me sensitive. Doubling up gives the best of whitening and avoiding tooth sensitivity. More than I like to spend but will not likely need to shop rest of this week or the next. Did not get any duplicates save for the cheese and burritos.

Planning an easy breakfast meal, mix of beans and lentils together along with one of my thousands of burritos. May also throw in some diced peppers and diced hashbrowns, I will have to see. post as usual if good or change mind.

EDIT Meal one, took a frozen lasagna and put on top of beans, diced hashbrowns and frozen peppers. Heated 7 mins since microwave is low watt to make sure everything gets done, once out, just use some queso, mayo and sour cream. Small amounts of each, still watching fats. Probably season with more cheddar popcorn seasoning, don't just need to use with popcorn. I truthfully did not enjoy all the extra crap I added. No more of the frozen pastas and no more black beans. Lentils only, can use those with meat pies or eggs I make on the mini griddle since they are easy, Lentils and rice with the occasional chia seed addition. Hashbrowns are find, will be donating my beans and other stuff that I do not like. No longer buying the beans.

Laundry is on the go as well, almost out of the cloths I use and I have a lot of them. Floors have also been addressed in bits and pieces as well thanks to couple of spills that I accidentally did. I really like the swiffer stuff if I am being honest. My floors are better kept up and the sweeper goes so flat that if need be, I can get under the fridge even. I am also liking the idea of attaching sock mops to my swiffer duster, picks up more and is reusable.

I do hope everyone has a good day, for those not feeling well, or even if you are feeling good, I am in everyone's pockets. In my own pockets as well due to risk of severe thunderstorms coming.
