They don't care — if they let him be leader they can be as bad as they always wanted — and they are.

This is the latest from Tommy Tuberville who has completed politicized the fire and response to it. This man claims to be a Christian? He makes me sick on most days, but this takes my reaction beyond sick.

I hit agree because I've detested Tuberville (the choke-choke expert) for a long time. I think since about his second day on his government job — which he like so many other Reps. actually does in a highly un-Christian like fashion as you pointed out.

The link didn't work for me, but I will go look this up. Still, I wanted the opportunity to say how much I loathe Tuberville. Way too many are way too much like him as well.

Actually, it has been a long, long time since I used this sign of displeasure, but inside the feeling is there 100 %.

This is the whole problem — no matter what, there's not enough water at any one time to combat that much fire and destruction at once.

But the Reps. need to make everyone wrong — and even more so the blue states.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with terrible news as over 700 public health professional, scientists, and respected activists sign an open letter to the Senate opposing RFK Jr. as Health Secretary over his "fringe" and dangerous beliefs.

    This is absolutely crushing...

"It is unfathomable that President Trump, whose Administration implemented Operation Warp Speed, the historic, rapid development of highly effective vaccines for COVID-19, would now be nominating someone who is decidedly anti-vaccine and could, if confirmed, undermine not only the progress we’ve made in saving lives from COVID-19 but also from life-threatening infectious diseases including polio, tetanus, measles, mumps, seasonal flu and more," the coalition called "Defend Public Health" wrote in their scathing letter.

The signatories include members of the faculty at public health schools at renowned universities like Harvard, Yale, and Emory. The letter comes in the wake of another letter signed last week by some 15,000 doctors.

Defend Public Health pointed to RFK Jr.'s profound lack of experience running a large government agency as well as his long history of anti-vax sentiments.

"Mr. Kennedy is unqualified to lead the nation’s health department with a budget of over $1.6 trillion and over 80,000 employees," the group stated. "He has little to no relevant administrative, policy or health experience or expertise that would prepare him to oversee the work of critical public health agencies."

"As public health professionals and scientists, we strongly urge you to prioritize science and evidence-based approaches to public health. We need a leader at the helm of HHS who people can trust. Please oppose this dangerous nomination," the letter concluded.

I usually re-size pictures, but in addition to what HEALTH professionals had to say I noted that it seemed to be that RFK hasn't such a healthy look himself for attempting to pass himself off as some kind of EXPERT. The other guy in the picture looks better only due to his having an older picture where someone was helping apparently with make-up and the dementia hadn't a good hold then, as is the case now.
