Divine -- did you hit the nail on the head with the last meme -- though all were great. Especially love the one about females and guns. Obviously we have a deep reference and respect for life and that covers a lot of horrible people as well. Otherwise some female marksperson may have gotten something orange in the sights. Really, we don't operate on that level. Heck, we don't even have to walk around Starbucks or Walmart with guns strapped on.

Sad but true. At least I do think many of their side are viewing them as something of a real drag on the party --- but then they ( along with the orange guy who most taught them ) have made such a low bar of everything that some people who are VERY un-schooled in government come off as even more stupid and inept. Just causes a party with a strong inclination to sink more distress.

I have no objections to the Repugniqans providing the means for their own demise. If they have stopped being contributors to government for the people and by the people than they deserve whatever befells them. I would like to throw a few repugnant males into this mix as well: Kennedy, Cruz, Rubio, Gaetz, Madison, the bonehead Johnson from WI (who stole his brain?), Moscow Mitch, Lindsey and a few others whose names escape me at the moment. If this is the face of the Repugniqan party, they deserve to fail.

She could have spoken up THEN and not now... We can't believe her anymore than we could Trump! Sure she might be remorseful, but not enough to open her mouth while this was going on! Her reputation and position are now meaningless.
He still has enough devoted followers to cover-up/ignore everything he has ever done. He is no better than Harvey Weinstein and Giuliani or any other low-life we hear about.....
Sorry..... I'm just tired of listening to excuses about the shape our country is in now... The Pandemic, and those gun-heads trying to make excuses to hang onto their military weapons, and want a houseful of military-style guns, not to mention the NRA defending their "rights"....

I am glad that others have expressed anger towards Dr. Birx's actions involving complicity and her lack of action to thwart the lies that were being told by the drumpf administration. As a physician, the Hippocratic oath says "first, do no harm" and over 500,000 deaths are the result of her desire to be the center of attention? She now claims to be adverse to what the drumpf was saying but lacked the balls to stand up to him? Too little, too late and her reputation deserves to be tarnished as she has been toppled from her pedestal. How can she bear to look at herself in the mirror knowing she was a contributor to this mass destruction of those she vowed to protect? Her moral compass and ethical code are nonexistent. Seems her loyalty to Hermes scarves was more important as part of her persona than her ability to be a compassionate and learned physician. I also have steam coming out my ears. I wish there was a way for me to tell her what I am thinking.

Today I finally got in to see my lymphedema specialist PT (I put visits on hold due to COVID then needed new referral etc). She also does pelvic PT, and she asked me about constipation. I said "oh yeah!" since chemo (I gotta be different). Then as we were chatting she said a lot of her patients had been complaining last couple of years of constipation they blamed on Trump! TCD -- Trump Constipation Disorder!!!!

Even before Covid, my friend's doctor told her he was seeing a huge rise in people coming in for depression and anxiety issues due to the Trump presidency. So he messed with our health from head to tail!

I read a couple of CNN articles about the interviews with the six pandemic doctors: Dr. Deborah Birx, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Brett Giroir, Dr. Stephen Hahn, Dr. Robert Kadlec and Dr. Robert Redfield.
None of what they said came as any surprise. And what wasn't said, but what I believe, is that Trump intentionally brought on coronavirus advisor Dr.Scott Atlas to the “team" because of his controversial stance. Trump was foaming at the mouth for the opportunity to create even more chaos during the pandemic. That kind of move is what gets Trump off, much more so than jumping Melania's bones. Any place in the administration where Trump could creat a clusterf***, he did. In fact, he actively sought out those opportunities. I mean, the man is mad, as in deranged.

My Daughter in Orlando called to tell me to watch CNN, that they were going to "out" him! I turned it on, and after about 5 minutes, gave up, and thought what a piece of work Birx was! MAN she made me mad! And the ball WAS in her court! Still is! Was she elected, or appointed?
Those medical people are SWORN to uphold their duties as physicians, and to cause no harm! Yes, she could have left! What a disappointment she was! And even MORE so, that she came out to tattle NOW! She lost any and all credibility she ever had.
YES, she could have resigned, and even saved face! She totally ruined her credibility and reputation! And now she can sit back and say to herself "I finally DID it?" She should be ashamed.
And Pence also! He is just another one who will lick Trumps shoes no matter what! He is in it for himself
And the worst part? There are still those die-hards who will always love t-rump. That useless blow-hard that we are all ashamed of... The one who has so many devoted fans thinking he is their lord & savior.

Chevy -- you are too funny in your descriptive feelings for Trump as well as Birx. I'm with Betrayal, Divine and anyone who is just totally disgusted with the former regime who started early and continued all the way through to lick orange boots or any part of the orange anatomy. You know it just reminds me of the high school cliques. Many of us looked in and maybe wished we were somehow a part of it all and maybe because we didn't get there perhaps for later we were able to discern that there are things to NOT be a part of and you will in the end be a part of something much more extraordinary. Something true, honest, dignified, and caring that doesn't deface or damage in any way.
Most of those people will now have to continue lying to themselves in some way to try and erase as much of the harm they did as they can. Personally, I don't think they will in the end be able too. May all those people not rest in peace when the times comes.
