    The Congressman in the picture above was briefly interviewed, while he was running away from the interviewer. He said he's not going to apologize for defending his family's second amendment rights. Wonder what'll happen in the next election.

    Wonder if he would be spouting the same old rhetoric if it happened to be one of his children that was slaughtered? I am not casting bad luck his way but wonder what he will say to the parents who lost a child? Doesn't he represent them as well as those who died? So sick of the Second amendment stance being interpreted to suit the likes of the NRA (Nazi Republican Assassins).

    I don't know anything about Florida much either. Why they allow DeSantis to do some of the things he says and does mystifies me but I take heart at the number of people who have been interviewed and said -- outside of Florida, DeSantis will be a dud and not be able to hold up in a full-blown campaign. Somehow it has the sound of right to me. He has the tone and personality of a broken stick.

    On the other hand, I do think Disney is a HUGE company and I really can't see anyone being able to get too much of a foothold on them. If DeSantis has the cajónes to try to take them on, more poweer as they say, but I think he is asking too much of people who have graced the Disney parks for way too many years. They have been around a lot longer than DeSantis

    I watched some of the Howard Schultz and Starbucks union-busting hearing. While Schultz was speaking and answering questions, the room was filled with Starbucks directors and managers. But when he stepped down and the workers took the panel, they all left the chambers. Not terribly surprising, though. They treated a Congressional hearing the same way they treat union negotiators.

    Finally. I am thrilled. The only downside (though likely not a serious one) is that he will for sure now get massive attention. Means days to ALL newscasters presenting their views over and over. I am still happy though. While I have felt someone was going to come up with an indictment it did seem like the Loon had plenty of time to go about with his freedoms and braggadocio.

    I do think though that any time something hasn't happened, then it is still just a maybe and not completely real. Can't help but wonder if the Loon has a whole different sensation going on. Here he is going to have to surrender to New York. He was looked down on there, but got to lord it over anyone there who might have slighted him. Now he will slink back with the shoe back on the feet of those who knew him for what he is, back then, and now are vindicated as he is found out for it at last.

    I feel great knowing that we will 'prove' really that no one is above the law and I do hope it is a message to all his past and present enablers that they are not safe and they should be careful with their words and deeds.
