I wish that were true (the 'they won't vote for Trump' part).

Love that meme, Ruth. I think Cardplayer and Betrayal both have great wisdom about Pence and Loon. I also heard some time back that Pence hoped for at least a book deal out of this, but Betrayal I'm also sure you're quite right. I don't think the Pence book out did much and this one is likely to do less. Pence's nose is as orange as the day the Loon was born and that isn't going to change. If not before, the day he signed on with the Loon his soul drifted into the Loon's keeping and there it remains.

Even though in some ways a little boring since no visuals from the courtroom, I did watch the Loon's arraignment. Garrett Haake was in the courtroom being one of the lucky 11 news people to get a seat. He mentioned that he had been in all three of the Loon's arraignments so far and with the first one he was really tense, the second, not so much, and was almost easy in this one meaning that he seems to be getting use to them.
I hope that means that he may go out and screw up big-time. The Judge did admonish him that he could not speak to any witness w/o his lawyers present, and he definitely could not say anything to try and influence possible jurors.
He has always had a hard time keeping his mouth shut and so I'm wondering how long before he accidentally, of course, falls over the red line.

What a difference in the last two people holding ofc. of President. Said that way because the one before Biden was the sorriest excuse that could be found on the fact of this Earth.

And so far, this has been late in coming but we are finally on the way. Like most of you, this does feel so much different today. With the other times, most of us were not truly involved like we are now with our votes almost taken from us. We are deeply involved and there is (while many others did much of the dirty work) one man to be held responsible for our pain and anguish.
The others can come on board for their share of hoosegow time afterwards, but we need this one now.

Good the more votes they can drain from the Loon, the better.

I am very thankful about this. But it was what many of the Reps. should have been willing to do. I still say if all had stood up with one voice and said no to the Loon when they should have, he would have been finished then and we would have avoided so much of this.
They still aren't learning. I have hope though. I think the tide is going to start swallowing.

Learn to get in touch with silence within yourself, and know that everything in this life has purpose. There are no mistakes, no coincidences; all events are blessings given to us to learn from.

Seems the Reps. are now and still hell bent on still trying to help this piece of human garbage land soft and come up a winner. Many though, underneath are concerned about being drug down. They are all including Lawyer Lauro putting on a brave face, but the truth is — the truth has not been properly digested. The Reps. who wish to maintain power and control are still at the helm and doing distortions all over the place.
I am hopeful that a great deal of pressure will give us a televised trial of the Loon. Even if the Reps. were in line — it still should happen. We who had to suffer through the four yrs. of the Loon, and the degradation of our Capitol and ceremonies when the Loon would not concede are entitled to fully see justice being carried out of the chief perpetrator.
All of us who had to live with all the lies, all the thievery, all the humiliations of having to endure a totally un-fit con artist who tried as hard as he could to warp and destroy our democracy, and who made fools of all, needs every ounce of transparency to be applied now. We deserve the truth, and the whole truth as un-covered as Jack Smith was able.
Still left to wonder though how many trials lost will it take for the Reps. to realize they are going to go down with the ship. And that ship will do down.

Something I worry about. I don't want him so old and feeble that he can't quite feel the TOTAL loss anymore. In fact, hoping Jack Smith does have this first trial over with quickly and obviously before the primaries.

If I recall, it wasn't raining in DC when he first arrived, but was as he left. Hope that is a karmic omen.
