Cannot for a minute think why the red guy is single! What a catch if you are extremely hardup. If that's the best you can do, I would recommend adopting a dog.

My violin is out of order, so I can't play for Mike Lindell and for a man who pulled himself up after being drug addicted and starting a company that gave him a comfortable life style. This value lesson went for nought when he hooked his star to the Loon's comet. He and others metaphorically drank the Loon's Kool-Aid and look where it got them.

I agree with the comment about billionaires and their lack of social and moral responsibility to others less fortunate. They cannot possibly spend all they have earned off the labor of others in their lifetime and their conspicuous consumption is quite frankly disgusting: bigger yachts, bigger planes, etc leaving a carbon footprint that is destroying the environment.

    Great memes today.

Be back later. I chuckled heartedly over your violin being out of order. I think most of the people I know with violins need new strings or something. I'm actually amazed at the EXTRAORDINARILY high level of Reps. chaos that seems to have no end period.

I have thought for a number of yrs. the Reps. party was all but over. Seems to me that a REAL possibility actually exists that it just might be the case. Just beyond any sort of pale.

I haven't been here for awhile so I will have to go back and read all the great posts and memes.

This is my Canadian view of what is going on down in your part of the world

Nice to see you Elderberry. Thanks for the chuckle.

I actually have my DGM's violin. She was a violin, piano and organ teacher who watched Larry Ferrari every Sunday. She played the organ in her church for over 50 years. Never taught me any instrument but I did inherit her violin. I really should look in to seeing if it is worth donating. Never heard her play the violin but she did have an organ in her house. She also loved canaries, and had ones who could sing so she played the Hartz Mountain canary show for them when it was on the radio. They would sing along. They were either named Dickie or Petey and she alternated them when one died. She used to chop up carrot to feed them and sometimes they would turn orange. Great memories associated with her. She died when I was in high school.

Never let a day go by without seeing something good in the people who surround you. And tell them! Tell them so. Maybe it’s going to be difficult that day, you’ve got to really search. But find something good, and say, “That was really wonderful. That was beautiful.”   -Leo Buscaglia

Elderberry, good to see you back. I say there - your Canadian view is SPOT on. I'm sure your country which I love ( first husband from Detroit and his mother was Canadian so I spent a lot of time there in Amherstburg) is likely not the only one which a somewhat similar view. Not sure I spelled the name of the town right and if so I apologize.

Betrayal, love hearing of your DGM's various talents and bird friends too.

And Sir Quaid, have you bothered to take a good hard look at many of the people on your side and yes I am talking about the famous Orange Loon Donald (lost it all a long time ago) Trump. Go back to your sandbox.

She was right. She was right about everything. She got robbed. And we are still paying the price for it.
    Lock him up.

This is something that shouldn't have to be said, but due to the former guy and a reps. party that lost its way sometime back, here we are.

I pray we can one day soon change things enough to not have so many worries about the "crazies" and they can once again stay in their place.

Note to you: Your best friend, (the one you've gone to hell for) still lives in Mara Lago. If you ask nice maybe he'll let you sleep in the gardener's shed.

    DARK BRANDON STRIKES AGAIN:

BREAKING: Republicans are LOSING their minds that President Biden’s September job numbers are insanely good.

A stunning 336,000 jobs were created in September, demolishing expectations!

    Unemployment was held at 3.8%.

That’s a total that we’ll surpasses 13 million, making President Biden one of the strongest job presidents in history.

What’s more, America has regained all the jobs lost during the pandemic, and created 3+ million more.

    Details:

◦More Americans are joining the labor force—highest prime-age labor participation since 2008.

◦Wages are higher than they were 10 months ago, adjusted for inflation.

BREAKING; Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley SMASHES concerns about President Biden's age on 60 Minutes:

“I engage with him frequently and alert, sound, does his homework, reads the papers, reads all the read-ahead material. And he's very, very engaging in issues of very serious matters of war and peace and life and death," Milley said.

"So if the American people are worried about an individual who is, you know, someone who's making decisions of war and peace and has access to, you know, makes the decisions of nuclear weapons and that sort of thing, I think they can rest easy."

    You heard the man!

    REST EASY!
