Wonderful articles that show the Loon for what he really is, a belligerent coward with no compassion for anyone other than himself.

I hope the type of things I've dropped in above are going to keep turning up. I'm very impressed with John Kelly who seemed more in line with the Loon while he was in the WH. I do understand if your work 'close' to the President (cough, cough) you certainly can't be blatant. It did seem though that whiled the Loon was still there Kelly, though gone, was not as flamboyant about how he really saw things.

That said, he might have had something of a surprise in all the events after he left the WH, like 1/6 etc. All the many failed attempts at crazy lawsuits (was it 60 or so) as well as the idiocy and stupidity that still takes place daily with the Loon. It is the most amazing thing that the Loon has lived a "perfect" life. Any mistake made was by someone else etc.

I think the door is finally open to his damnation. This is a loss that will be worse than anything that could happen to him. He measures worth by having more money (or presenting himself as if he does) than anyone else. It is his own personal golden yardstick. Forget good deeds or helping a stranded stranger. That I guess would be something like those losers who are military patriots.

I think he came to court to hopefully see if he could find new ways to somehow butt in and turn things around for himself. He certainly used his time to rile up his dearly beloveds who are far too stupid to give up on him. I also think his lawyers are well in over their heads in this court and just not up to it. I don't think in the end if they continue as they were today, he might was well have the janitor setting to his side.

The days will have something of interest every time the court is in session.

In my view anyone who was a part of the "Trump" businesses, whether family or not, knew that things were not legitimate, How easy it gets when a few yrs. slip by and no one seems to notice or care. You are all a den of thieves. Living high letting the rest of us pay for it. I hope you suffer VERY BIGLY.

BREAKING: Ivanka Trump is hit with devastating news at the Trump Organization’s fraud trial in New York as its former accountant testifies under oath that there were serious discrepancies in the price of Ivanka’s penthouse at Trump Park Avenue.

But it gets WORSE for Ivanka…

The accountant testified that he pointed out several “errors” on the Trump Organization’s financial documents pertaining to Ivanka Trump’s penthouse — meaning that the Trump Organization knew that Ivanka and Donald were committing fraud.

According to CNN, the accountant restored that “Ivanka Trump had an option to buy a penthouse apartment at Trump Park Avenue,” and that “the value on Trump’s financial schedule was different than what was listed in Ivanka Trump’s option.”

In other words, Ivanka Trump was in up to her neck in her father’s financial fraud.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has long suspected that Ivanka Trump committed financial fraud — but she didn’t have the evidence to prove it in court.

She now has first-hand testimony from the Trump Organization’s longtime accountant — meaning that she can now sue Ivanka Trump as well.

Ruth, what a terrific wedding photo! Such a lovely bride! Gorgeous gown, beautiful bouquet! Your son looks the picture of contentment! The photographer really captured the essence of the moment between the bride and groom! I love the story of how your son had been single for awhile and then found love in his mid 30s. So happy for them and you, too!

People are saying that I am the enemy of just laws, of family ties and old tradition. These people are telling the truth. I do not love man-made laws . . . I love the sacred and spiritual kindness which should be the source of every law upon the earth, for kindness is the shadow of God in humans. -Khalil Gibran

John Kelly confirms Trump privately disparaged U.S. service members and veterans

Trump called fallen soldiers "suckers” and "losers" during his presidency, according to a 2020 report in The Atlantic.

    Oct. 3, 2023, 9:22
    NBC News

Former Trump White House chief of staff John Kelly is blasting his onetime boss over disparaging remarks he says the then-president repeatedly made about service members and veterans and for what he called Trump's untruthfulness about his positions on various groups as well as on abortion.

In a statement to CNN published Monday, Kelly delivered a scathing criticism of former President Donald Trump while confirming reporting in The Atlantic in 2020 that detailed the comments he made during his presidency.

"A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them,'" Kelly said of Trump. "A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family — for all Gold Star families — on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.”

The Atlantic reported that Trump privately made damning statements against U.S. service and veterans, such as the late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who had been a Vietnam prisoner of war, and former President George H.W. Bush, who was shot down as a Navy pilot in World War II. During a visit to France in 2018 for the centennial anniversary of the end of World War I, Trump also reportedly called Marines who died at Belleau Wood “suckers” and fallen soldiers at Aisne-Marne American Cemetery “losers.”

Kelly also slammed Trump as someone "who is not truthful regarding his position on the protection of unborn life, on women, on minorities, on evangelical Christians, on Jews, on working men and women. A person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about."

He continued, “A person who cavalierly suggests that a selfless warrior who has served his country for 40 years in peacetime and war should lose his life for treason — in expectation that someone will take action,” an apparent reference to Trump's recent statements about Army Gen. Mark Milley, who just retired as the chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff. “A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.”

“There is nothing more that can be said,” Kelly added. “God help us.”

Divine, that is a very good piece on John Kelly. He did not turn out to be as good as I had hoped, but even though the proper disparaging remarks took a long time to show up, I can say John Kelly has earned respect from me for them. I wish they had come sooner, after his leaving the WH. I think it was difficult for those who had to leave, especially when they felt or knew that they were handling their job properly. I'm just glad that he has put his honest feelings out for others. It is a good time to do it.

As to the most recent events of: Kevin McCarthy now ousted - good riddance. It was one breath from disaster in my view the whole time he was Speaker. He huddled this evening with his Reps. members and told them he would not re-run to try to get his position back. Why would you or indeed anyone else want it at this point? Your people are so chaotic and dispersed in every way they likely can no longer separate daylight from dark. Who would trust you McCarthy? Surely not the Democrats and any of your own side would be mentally lacking if they did.

Then there is the Loon who seemed to have got a F on his report card from Judge Engeron today and something of a gag order now. I was surprised to hear that his lawyers were 'warned' that took much was being bandied on arriving at courthouse and during breaks. How much Kool-Aid have the Loon's lawyers been drinking? He (Loon) works as hard as he can every time, he gets a chance to intimidate, insinuate and take over control of things!! So, his lawyers so far have stood by his side rather idly and nonchalantly giving his all the space he needed to flap his lips about whatever he wanted. If they tried to dissuade him at some point later, it obviously didn't register well. So, the Judge had to now impress the Loon and his lawyer handlers that he was out of patience and that meant were now at zero tolerance level.

The Loon will try and find another way around because it will be hard to give up so many of his lifetime habits. That is how he lives and breathes.

    Interesting times are coming.

On another note Dh and I were talking this evening about Michael Cohen. While had you asked me some time ago if I would ever tip my hat to M. Cohen I would have said a resounding no. It is just part of how much things can change for the better sometimes.

I have admiration and respect for Michael Cohen. He has been one of the few it seems who saw how quickly he would be "used" and chose not to stand for it. So few seem able to glean that they are pawns and only around to break the fall for someone else. Michael Cohen chose, even knowing what it would mean to him personally to give Trump up. I'm amazed that so few seem to see that though still quite imperfect, Michael Cohen has atoned for what he did with the Loon but more importantly set himself free. He likely still has some fears and concerns, especially for others, but he no longer has to wonder about the Loon. He just goes on with his redemption which I and I bet many others feel he has so far earned with flying colors.

BREAKING: Fox News MAGA host Judge Jeanine Pirro completely melts down live on air after Kevin McCarthy is removed as Speaker — making it clear just how bad this is for Republicans.

"I'm furious!" she ranted. "First of all, we're without a Speaker. This is historic. Something like this hasn't happened in well over a hundred years!"

"And now what we've got is total chaos when the Republicans are playing out their infighting on national television in a historic way instead of fighting Joe Biden's policies," she went on.

"The one time we are up in virtually every metric as it relates to the Biden administration you've got Republicans going out there and showing how disfunctional they are," she said.

It should be noted that Republicans are NOT up in every metric and are in fact deeply unpopular and in disarray across the board. Donald Trump is facing multiple indictments and the repeal of Roe v. Wade is haunting them at the polls.

"As Matt Gaetz is engaging in fundraising!" Pirro went on. "And I got to tell you something, I am furious. There's no question that this is something that they have been trying to do for almost nine months that McCarthy's been Speaker."

"And the truth is that they've done a lot in Congress. They've gotten a lot of bills passed," she went on, spreading propaganda. "The fact that the Senate doesn't want to take them, they've done a lot in terms of oversight and you know now you've got the Democrats — this is the crazy thing — Democrats who hate the MAGA Republicans are now joining with the MAGA Republicans to oust Speaker McCarthy!

"This is like the devil is in the middle of all of this chaos and Donald Trump is right. Why are the Republicans fighting with each other like this?" she concluded.

The "why" of course is that the Republican Party is a failed fascist movement. They're fighting amongst themselves because ultimately they believe in nothing.

Sorry Judge Jeanine, it's only going to get worse for you guys from here.

I'm not a Judge Jeanine fan in any way, but she is right about her chaotic party. They don't know to turn off the burners on the stove.
