    Well, I've had two out of the four listed. Do they cancel each other out? 😁

    It's the same ol' "Just exercise!" that doctors say, but they don't even know what mobility issues a patient has. We're already in the room when the doctor arrives, so they didn't see if we limped badly walking down the hall, or if we had to hang onto the wall to keep from falling over. Or if we have other conditions outside their specialty that precludes many types of exercise.
