Bodily feelings (side effects?) that are difficult to put into words

I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer with a high oncogene score. I finished chemo and surgery and am now on letrozole and Kisquali (been about 6 weeks). I wonder how many others feel like "their body is dealing with something" but don't know how to put it into words. I do have some digestive issues, some joint pain, but there is something else that I feel that is hard to articulate. It's almost a feeling of body harm, if that makes sense. I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has had this feeling. Thank you.

I have been on Anastrazole for two months. Hot flashes, tingling hands, joint stiffness which is the worst thing.

Am seriously thinking of not taking it as all I can see is a worse future, I had stage one cancer, lumpectomy, radiation for three weeks. Told it was due to HRT, which I stopped immediately.

I am 70 years old and exercise every day walk for at least two hours, eat healthily.

I am having a review telephone call in two months time so probably will continue taking Anastrazole until then ,

I am trying to get as much information from people who have stopped.
