I've got tri-tip steaks in the crockpot. DH will (naturally) want bbq sauce, so I'll shred the meat.

For Easter we had a spiral ham, mashed potatoes ( after I ruined a scalloped version), sweet potato casserole, a Mediterranean ( cold) green bean salad and deviled eggs. My brother brought wine, and our friends brought an Hawaiian Wedding Cake. The cream cheese icing was the best.

Tonight I'm getting a migraine so I rescheduled my labs and Dr. appointment from tomorrow and took medication. Not sure if its from rich foods, salt or the coastal weather changing. Or just all of it. I think tomorrow will be quieter than I was planning it to be. IYKYK...
