Enjoy, Ruthbru. Sounds like fun.

Enjoy the wedding and your visit to your sister…VA and NC have hit the low 90's the past two days…but we are to see a break in the weather this weekend into next week of 70's which will be beautiful. TT

Forgot to weigh when I first got up this morning. Remembered after two mugs of coffee. I'm up .4 lb. So maintaining.

Same as last week…feeling good in general so can't complain.
I leave on a two week trip in one month (Vancouver → Alaska)…would like to lose 2-3 lbs ahead of that to have some leeway. Need to start working on that. 😀

I'm still in North Carolina. Pretty sure that I've gained a few pounds!

Yum on the pie!

Down 1.2 lbs this morning. A nice surprise.

Good for you Carol. I have squeaked out another portion of a lb.
Off to DC tomorrow for three days - work and fun…and food 😀

Down the 2 pounds I gained while gone (mostly because I was sick yesterday!).

Enjoy your trip, trmtab.
Not a fun way to lose weight, Ruthbru. Hope you're feeling better today.

Have a good trip, TT!
I feel fine today, trying to eat like I'm not!

I'm down this morning, possibly a lb. The whole number is one I haven't seen in a while, so that's nice.

Good work Carole, always nice to see a number that has been in hiding for awhile🤣
I'm slowly losing a portion each week…all good on that part…leave for Vancouver/Alaska Trip in 2.5 weeks so looking to lose some more portions ahead of that.
Happy Mother's Day to all in whatever way you serve as a mother - for me, I am now my mother's mother!

I found the two pounds I lost when I was sick. Grrrr!
Since I am being taken out to eat for Mothers Day (or else nobody would eat, because I'm not cooking!), it won't be a calorie free weekend for sure! Hopefully my dog won't give me a box of candy either! 😁

Another .2 down this week…. .2 seems to be my new normal — three weeks in a row! Better than the other direction…10 days left until my big trip (Vancouver/Alaska) getting excited but first have to get through graduation at school and then celebrate my mother's birthday (91)…🎓️🎉

Down is a good direction with weight. My direction was up this morning. 2 lbs. Something of a surprise. Hopefully, just a fluctuation.

Minus .5, those darn decimal points!

Woohoo…graduated from the weekly .2 to losing a full pound this week, yeah!!!
Leave on my big trip to Vancouver/cruise to Alaska on Saturday morning…like really early Sat morning, 5:38a.m. May the Delta gods be with us. TT

not up or down

Congrats on a full lb. down, trmtab. Enjoy your trip!
Not up or down is a great alternative to up, ruthbru!
We are in MN. Next week I will sign us up for Anytime Fitness and start tracking weight on their old-fashioned scale like the ones in doctors’ offices once upon a time. I am quite sure I didn’t lose any weight eating travel food.

I have been at multiple 'eating' events the last couple weeks. Two friends had milestone birthdays, which parties planned by their children. Another good friend is retiring, and we went to her retirement party yesterday. Another good friend is moving away, so I have spent extra time with her (which involves coffees &/or lunches), and there is a party for her next week. Plus a graduation party & semi-pro baseball game (with all the ballpark food) tomorrow. All fun and calorie laden! Yikes!

I'm good, down 1.5. All the gardening I've been doing!

Gardening is great exercise. Good week!

I weighed yesterday at Anytime Fitness. The number reflected a considerable weight gain. Now I have a base number and incentive to exercise and pay attention to diet.
Hope trmtab is having fun.

I weighed today at the gym and the number was the same as last Friday. It's higher than my home scale but I think I am up 2 to 3 lbs.

Stayed the same.

Well I'm back after a three week Wednesday Weigh-in break and a two week trip…and…I am exactly the same🤸♂️ woo-hoo!
Here's a picture of our ship, Viking Venus and the glacier capped mountains while docked in Valdez, AK (yes, of Exxon Valdez fame…). It was 50 degrees and by the retention pond at the bottom, you can see some school kids sun bathing…I was wearing a puffer coat! (the wind across the 40 degree water gave a good windchill)

Welcome back, trmtab. Maintaining your weight is awesome! I have been to Valdez. It's a beautiful place.
I'll weigh when I go to the gym today.

Beautiful picture, TT.
I'm the same, which is good because I haven't been trying! However, the vet said my dog needed to lose 6 pounds, and he has!

Yeah for Bruno!
