Stopped Letrozole
I have Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I am scheduled for a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction on October 13. My oncologist put me on letrozole before my surgery because my surgery was so far out. She did not say anything about sexual side effects. She only talked about joint pain, hot flashes, osteoporosis, etc.. I have stopped the letrozole because the sexual side effects have been so horrible Has anybody else stopped taking their hormone blocker because of this?
