Okay - what's up with all the deleted posts??

I'm er+ and I like my beer. Had too much wine once and was sicker than a dog, spent the night hugging the toilet and have never been able to drink wine again.

I just joined a clinical trial to see if yoga will help with sleep problems for cancer survivors. I have to take Advil PM everynight if I want to get any rest so hopefully these little yoga sessions will help. I think my name must have "sucker" written beside it as these research nurses call me all the time.

    Cheers!!

Sorry, probably my fault. I'm not big on fairies. They're just so, well, fairy-ish. And not in the more modern use, but the old-fashioned, traditional use. They kind of scare me. Sorry, especially when the come and steal your drinks, or drink blue drinks that look like my SNB after pee. Just wanted the girls(Vickie, Cheryl, and the rest) here drinkin' and having fun without the winged-ones coming by and giving me a pyschodelic head-ache. Mea Culpa, but it's done and we're drinkin' and havin fun again.

Lini: Your funny. It reminds me of Kramer on Seinfeld being scared of clowns!

I had some fine Pinot Grigio last night. Really love that stuff.

Nicki, when you get to your heaven you're gonna ask, "okay, so where's my endless supply of Pinot Grigio!"

And, you can have the canoli because I don't like canoli! Enjoy!

Good for you, MB! You have the correct thinking on drinking! I'm going to toast to all the BC survivors (past, present and future) tonight. Not to bring everyone, down but Elizabeth Edwards deserves a salute!

Hi Drinkers, special HI to Sam and Junie (my Vegas friends) When we were in Vegas, I said that I spend alot of time on the drinking thread and they, of course fit right in here.
Lini. my bro is in Laguna Nigel today and say the sun was shining!
Vickie and MB, I know you guys don't really drink, but it sounds like today is as good as any to start.
Janis- hugs to Avery if she wakes you in the middle of the night.
Donna- got your email. Are you Thelma or Louise? Thanks for inviting Brad Pitt, you know he's a Missouri boy! He can ride with us!
I am toasting all of us, remission, clean scans, mets or recurrance- Cheers! That is four drinks! Time to clock out and go to sleep, early for me.

Wow what a last couple of days I've had. I could use several stiff drinks. something heavier than wine or beer!

Glad to see we are still having fun!

    Cheers!

I want to be which ever one ends up with Brad Pitt. Actually, I'm not so hot on him as I used to be, BUT - I won't let him know that! Luckily, he will be able to join us for Pinkstock! WooHoo!

Not drinking right now, as I'm at work. (they frown on that) But have a friend from Joplin MO coming down tomorrow and it's a given that we'll be imbibing.

Hope everyone has a great day!

    Cheers,
    Donna

They frown on drinking at work! What kind of job is that LOL. Actually ladies I do drink...only occasionally and sometimes when I do...well...look out. Remember the broken bottle night!!! Was seriously looking for a straw to save my wine that was all over the kitchen floor!
Have a great day to all!
Thelma and Louise?? Missed something but LOVE that movie!

Vickie - I remember your broken bottle of wine! What a sad day was that? Let's all reflect with moment of silence, please...

For Pinkstock, Christine and I are meeting in Detroit and flying into Buffalo together, where we'll rent a car and drive to our hotel in Buffalo(Doubletree) then on to Niagra the next day. That's where the Thelma and Louise comes from. I've confirmed Brad Pitt so now we just need to find a '66 T-Bird convertible.

Is it 5:00 yet? Damn, wish I were on Eastern time....but only 30 more minutes WooHoo!!

    Cheers,

Lini, whatever it takes. Just be careful.

FYI, I swaped out Avery's earrings today. When we went to get her ears pierced they insisted on us buying their earrings so we did but today I put her little pearls in and they're way cute! Thanks again!
