Good afternoon Circle girls! Wow what a lovely day its been here. So nice and cool. Just two weeks ago we were hot hot hot.
I finally got my aloe vera plant repotted. It was getting so crowded with all the little baby sprouts coming up. I put it outside this summer instead of keeping it in the house and its amazing how it thrived outdoors, even in a pot.
I also managed to get to my water faucet finally. All the wasps finally hatched I guess and moved on.
I also scrubbed my kitchen floor. I haven't done that since before diagnosis. I usually mop but my linoleum pattern has some little divits in the pattern and they tend to collect dirt no matter how regularly you mop. It sure does shine now.
My next project is to replace the mini blinds in the bedrooms. They have been used for about 12 years now and are getting rather tattered looking. Time for some fresh new ones.
Liz -- happy birthday! I hope this next year for you is full of joy.
Cheri -- I swear, I just can't keep you out of trouble...problem child! Just kidding. You're a good friend too and we love you.
Christine, Casino Girl -- its been awhile since you checked in. I hope things are going well for you.
Well, just wanted to spread some POSITIVE vibes and reclaim our Circle spirit. Sisters caring for each other.

Gina, have also notified moderators. I don't understand why this wasn't taken care of the first time.

If you really don't want outsiders here and are going to be picky about your membership, why not just make this a private club? You can set up your own private forum.
This is a very narrow minded clique; anything--true or not--that doesn't fit into your narrow and warped sense of reality is quickly censored.
If it is so important to you to be "protected" from the world of public opinion and outsiders, you need to go private.
The rest of us "normal" women who participate on this forum would greatly appreciate the freedom of not being harassed by you every time we open our minds and say what we think. We aren't safe ANYWHERE here.

Jas, good fall day to be in the circle. We have a cool afternoon with some wind blowing - it is taking all the garbage out of the air. We finally got some rain.
The sunshine is good for football weather. I think the circle needs a cheering squad going - Two bits, four bits a dollar, all for the circle stand up and hollar. Yeah Circle!!!!!!
Need to run for now, will try to check back later. Mom had a light heart attack, came home Thurs; back to the ER Friday evening and spent the night and came home again today. We're tired and we all have headaches,
except mom of course.
Hugs Circle girls, Brenda

Liz, so tomorrow is your Birthday? How young are you going to be?
Gina, hey.
Susan, wow, 2 whole beers and you have a hangover? You lush!
Jazz, so you finally got your aloe vera plant repotted, huh? And you said you had to change your mini blinds? I've noticed that I don't have to change my mini blinds in my living room every month now that I quit smoking. Although, with Dennis and Amber still smoking it's almost as bad. Speaking of smoking, I don't think I will ever stop wanting a cigarette. Sometimes the urges are so strong and I'm such a weak little flower that I have actually came close to giving in....but only once seriously. I didn't though. I want one right now. I enjoyed smoking. I mean i really liked it alot and I didn't hate that i smoked like people that can't quit sometimes say about themselves. I liked it or I would've quit sooner. How ironic. I quit mainly because my Ortho said my leg wouldn't heal properly if I didn't and this was surgery #7. So I then I get a bone infection. Gotta run. BBL

Lizzys birthday is tomorrow. Hot dog are we having a party?
I have a brain splitting headache. So much for not getting one this time around. Going back to bed. See you all later.
Jaz thanks for the info.
Susan Cheri is yelling at you. I told her to whisper but you know how she is.
I'll be back.

Hi all,
On the blackberry. On the road. Went home to check on the parents and ended up spending the day in the ER with my dad trying to get his heart rate regulated. He is home now...so far so good
I have read a few posts that are very unsettling. This circle is about support, compashion...and cannot be broken.
I'll post more when I'm not driving0 -
jas - my aloe vera is in serious need of replanting too - dh bought it for me before rads so i'd have it and it did NOTHING until 3 months after rads was over and now it has gone ballistic ... i'm thinking of taking off the 'babies' and replanting them and taking them to the walk-a-thon to hand out to any and all that can use them ... and the kitchen floor? well it will have to wait just a bit longer here
madison - hugs to you and your parents
brenda - hugs to you and your mom too
sherloc - rest well friend and yes we stopped at saint's on the way out and on the way back and had a great time ....river and sg are stopping by to see her this week ....

Jenni -- I split off the babies too. I don't have much of a green thumb so I don't know if I repotted it right. Its a little wobbly. We shall see I guess.
Madison -- I hope your dad is better soon
Susan -- congrats on B9.
Choca -- have a great rest of your vacation. We can't wait till you get back and can post more. Hugs.

Well, Amber is off with Jeff (the new beau) to his parents for dinner. She came in after she got ready and he hadn't got here yet and said she'd been standing there putting her make-up on and wondered what she'd say to Ethan or Kevin if they brought a girl just like her home. She said she'd tell them to RUN SON. So she knows she's bad. She's a sweety though...most of the time. Just spoiled rotten.
Jazz, you were scrubbing your kitchen floor on your knees? OMG, you need to hurt your ankle or foot or something and you wouldn't have to do that stuff any more.
Jenni, I don't even know how to repot a plant. I get the artificial cos I just can't seem to grow anything but a philadandriam. Even my cactus is dying.
Madison, do not drive and post. It could be a safety hazard. lol

A little off topic here. I just happened to check to see if I had a PM - sure enough one there but I didn't see anything that let me know I had one. How do we know??
Second thing: In my "inbox" it shows I have some old PM's. However, the ones there are the ones I sent. It says I have received PM from folks and says "from" but then it is my post and I am the "to" person. Now pray tell, how are my original PM's to folks there and it says they have responded and says "from them" but no PM.
Now, I am brain challenged anyway and I sure don't need anymore added to dissolve my sawdust!!!!!

Cheri - they say you're as young as you feel. Well today I'm going to be around 90! LOL
Sher - sorry you have the headache. Hope it gets better. It's from the Aredia? I vaguely remember you having one last time.
Jas - thanks. My son repotted his aloe vera plant awhile back. It was a bit wobbly until it caught onto the new soil. Now it's taking over the whole room.
Madison - please stop typing and driving. I'm so sorry about your dad. I know it's hard being away from them when they're not doing well. What can I do to help?
Brenda - your mom has been through all the tests and it's good she doesn't have any blockages. It's going to take a bit to get the right meds but hopefully it will be soon. I'm glad you have siblings to help you care for her.
I'm off to put the neighbors dog back up. He's a gorgeous white boxer overgrown puppy.
Hugs
Liz

Just stopping by to spread some love to my circle girl friends
Brenda, you get notifications in your email about PM's if you have that setting checked in your profile. They are working on having another flagging type notification soon. The other I'm not sure about.
Get some rest hon, sorry it's difficult now.

OMG, the strangest thing just happened. I think I was born in the wrong century. I am so technically challenged that I can't even use my vcr or dvd players. But anyway, I had just finished listening to my voice mail on my cell phone and apparently pushed a button cos I started hearing Menas voice. I thought maybe she was trying to leave a message or something. I listened, and it was part of our last conversation ages ago. So I have a recorder on my phone!!! How cool, I've only had the phone about 6 weeks, or maybe longer. I had no idea I had one or how to use it or how to even get back into it. So, really, guess it's not that cool if i don't know how to work it. Hmm. I do know how to work the camera though. It's very simple. And I don't know why it just played her voice and not mine. That's why i thought it was a message being left. No telling what all I have on there. That's a scary thought. Better try and figure it out. hahaha

Angel -- that's just the troll deleting her posts before the moderators can see them. That's her usual MO. Post trash and then delete it shortly after.

I APOLOGIZE
The misunderstandings that occurred among Mena, Puppy, and myself were just misunderstandings and should never have been blown up into this huge public circus that it became.
I am sorry. Mena has been a kind dear and loving friend, and has never asked me for money of any kind...I was misinformed but I should never have doubted her. She sent me a very special gift that belonged to her grandmother. Mena, I am so sorry I doubted you.
Puppy, I totally overreacted today. I've been on emotional overdrive and my emotions got confused...but I've been attacked so frequently lately it is affecting my ability to think clearly. And I'm losing my mother which is not easy.
I have asked the moderators several times to delete my entire profile and they haven't done so. Melissa wrote me last night that this could be done and I replied this morning to please go ahead and delete my profile.
I am taking all my conversations off-line.
Sorry to all.

Hey Cheri, finally feeling better, thank you! Going to be watching Wild Hogs tonight with Karl...haven't done anything like that in ages. How strange about your phone! Mine records too if you answer while it's going into voice mail...but strange that you just found that today!
Jaz .. gotchya!
Aww Nicki, we love ya too!

Well I personally appreciate the explanation, but the apology is empty hearted, like a plague - spreading a darkness all over these boards.
