Hi, Beachies! What fabulous photos.
Mum, love the cruise pics, and your cabin mates! Would love to see more.
Fabulous succulents photo, Lisa. It truly does look like an underwater shot. It is amazing to see design motifs in nature that show up in the most unexpected places.
Chabba, thanks for sharing your great pics. What a blessing to be surrounded by the ocean, as well as such breathtaking wildlife.
Faithie, love that departing photo of the snowy mountains. Did you say Swiss Alps? The hills are alive with the Sound of Music. Did you hear any yodeling from any mountaintops? lol It must have been beautiful.

Mum!! Thanks for sharing all the fun.
Your two little buddies seemed to have an exceptionally good time.
Here's tonight's sunset.
I was watching the finale of American Idol and rolled my eyes during Lady Gaga and happened to look out the kitchen window and the sky was a blaze.
I grabbed my camera and went running (I don't run, but went as fast as I am capable of moving) to the water front. Here's what was still left when I got there:
It had been totally over-cast & raining when AI started, so I hadn't even thought of going the block down to the marina, as is my usual evening ritual.
It was glorious. Glad my sweatshirt had a hood.

Loved the pics too - not tired of them at all Lisa, you had some great ones in there too.
Newsflash - not only do I have internet for a few days, but ... drum roll ... that's because I'm at our vaca place, yup, Hideaway Beach today through Sunday for us I walk in the front door and it's just such an aaaaahhhhh feeling For those just catching up - I don't have internet at home because of renovations going on and cable wires disconnected while work on that wall taking place. Prob for 2 more weeks if I'm guessing right. Forgot to bring camera - duh - but have a pretty good camera on phone so I'll be posting pics of my fav place sometime in the next few days. On vaca till Tues - woo hoo again
