Thank you for taking us to the beach with you, mum. I hope you had a good trip and are renewed!

Your Tortola shots were better than our experience!! We went into the town instead of the beach and what a DIVE it was!!! Chickens and Volkswagons all over the place AND chickens IN Volkswagons too!!!

Hey Mum, That coconut looks much more authentic than our coconuts from our Cruise last May! I'm guessing a lot cheaper too : ) Love the pictures.

Chabba: Beautiful ray of light. One year check-up with BS tomorrow and with MO on Thursday so needed a bit of light.

Chabba, that is such a cool picture... maybe the hand of God (or your choice of who) placing the sun?

Several thoughts on my hearts and mind.
1.) We leave for Vegas tomorrow -- where I am the *highlight* speaker at a national conference. {Insert HUGE opportunity here.}
2.) Literally at the same time we are flying westward my daughter -- the mama to the 3 wonder-kids is having surgery. Only time her surgeon and hospital could coordinate..... so they are proceeding without me to hold down the fort. {insert heavy heart here.}
All prayers and well wishes and uplifting thoughts would be greatly appreciated over the coming days -- turning into weeks.
Too funny to be anything but true story.
So all day I've been totally flustered/upset/frumpy/rattled/dis-combobulated -- not to be confused with dis-comBOOBulated -- about the above timing. All morning I kept saying "Pat, I need you. Pat I wanna talk to you. Pat I miss you. Pat I wish I could call you. Where are you Pat." Sorta like a whiny mantra.
Then I got distracted with FB. A gal I went to college sent me a message asking about blogging. She asked if she could just call instead of all of the typing with the IM process. I said sure.... figured it would continue to keep me distracted -- in a positive, helpful way.
She called a few minutes later and said, "Hey, Deb. It's Pat." Well of course she would say that. That is in fact her name. I haven't spoken to this woman in 30 years. We have occasionally sent each other FB messages where she is Patricia to everyone in the known universe.
Are you guys laughing yet? Crying?? Seriously. Pat called me today!!! I think Saint was probably doing the equivalent of heavenly cartwheels of hilarity.
I guess next time I need to be more specific, huh?
So the timing of the call, popped the cork on all of my anxiety. Figure it's a sign from heaven that worry won't effect anything in any way -- other than to keep me upset.
xx00xx00xx00xx00xx
All prayers still gratefully accepted.
P.S. You know how I have just about dropped off the face of Planet-BCO? It's all been in an effort to 'build' my blog and focus on my work. Anyhow. I just saw my analytics for the month of February and I had 33,000 blog views this month, obviously over 1000 on average a day. When I started this at the end of last summer I barely had 1000 views in an entire month. So the time is paying off -- tho I miss you guys like crazy.
P.S.S. Barbe the typeface of the 'poster' of the sunrise has its own ideas about upper and lower case. You type in the words and it selects the upper-ness or the lower-ness at random, to look looser I suppose. It's called "pup-face" and is one of my faves. Ironically I chose it because it gave that lower case to start the words and that appealed to me personally -- kinda grabbed my attention. LOL. It's a big world I guess. One person's missed capitol letter is another's smile.
What a hoot.
And I got a call from Pat today!!!! Will chuckle myself to sleep over that one.
So glad to see all of the views of the various photos.

Faith, Pat would not want you to fret, so she had your friend call you. Enjoy Vegas and good luck with your speech.
Mum the pictures of the island beaches are so beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Have a nice evening sunset, relaxing with a great martini.
