Thank you for your prayers, Mnmom. I got insurance in my new state just in time to get my eye treated in the ER, as it had become severe. It is on the road to recovery. God is good, and provides for our needs. Thank you so much for lifting me up in prayer.
Amen to all the prayers posted here. Rocket, Footprintsangel also invited me here when I also was in a pit of despair. We miss you Footie. You are our special angel.

Miss Bianca...................Saw the picture of your baby eating the birthday cake.........Is it a Boston Terrier......gorgeous...........I had one and had to put him down at 14, because it wsa getting cruel of me to keep him alive for my sake........I rescued him when he was 7 years old from a woman who left him at the Vets to be put down.............I took him and his aunt who was 16 into my home.........His name was Mark, and his aunts name was Faith..........My daughter had his uncle which was a gift to my husband before he died of cancer at 57, and my other daughter had Mark's brother, named Bullet, and he is still alive at almost 15......Failing, but still managing...........Just had to tell you how sweet your puppy is. Hugs.

Genia.......I had a very similar experience with a woman.......Before my diagnosis I was going to Line Dancing Classes with my daughter.....About the 3rd week in was when I got the news......While waiting for the class before us to finish one of the women said to me "so how was your week"..........Before I could say anything my daughter said "oh you don't want to ask her that question,".......the woman said "why"...........I just stood there and my daughter proceeded to tell her that the day before I got bad news about a malignant tumor in my breast"....this was odd for my daughter because she is not the type to tell anyone's business................When we finally went inside to begin the lesson the woman came up to me and said "I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis, can I pray for you".......................I thought she meant could she just pray that night when she went to bed......................I said "yes of course"...................She said "can I do it now"....................I thought WOW,,,, but said "ok".................She put her arms around me, held me close and said some of the most beautiful prayers I have ever heard,and they came right from the heart..........................I thanked her, and we walked away from each other................Like you said "I felt something at that moment that made me think "this is going to be ok", even though I was still scared out of my wits........................I had my biopsy the following day, and the pathology 2 days later...............It was cancer, yes it was, just like the BS thoght, but 1 week later when I had my surgery, the pathology showed the tumor was much smaller then though................1.1 cm, not 2.5 as they thought, no nodes, and good margins.....................................No chemo...............................I know that woman made a difference 'that night, and made me belive ...............I could do and face whatever came my way.............Yes there are angels out there watching over us, and I do believe I met one......................even stranger....................the woman never came back to class after that night..............I asked the instructor "where had she gone, and did he hear from her as to why she wasn't coming back".......................he said "she told me her work here at the dance class was done"........................................then he said "I guess I never thought of dancing as work"..........I said to him...............dancing wasn't her work..................he said "I don't get what you mean"...............I said "and chances are you never will"...............Just another story about angels............hugs.

These stories are absolutely beautiful. I am going to get my LARGE lump removed and biopsied in Wednesday and have found the most supportive people at my church. A women I am friends with there invited me to church this morning, bought me breakfast, talked with me and then her, my pastor, and I all prayed with me. I am going to visit my pastor again on Tuesday to pray before my surgery. I also have a neighbor who knows what is going on and it a beautiful women that constantely places her hands on my shoulders and prays to god with me. It is comforting in this time of unknown and fear.

Dear Lord, Please help us to fight this disease. Help us to take charge of
the medical care and treatment. Give us a positive, fighting spirits. Help
us to say no when it is appropriate, remembering always to treat everyone,
including the medical staff attending us, with the same dignity and respect
that we expect of them. Guard us from the temptation to resign to passivity,
negativity, or anxiety. Thank You for surrounding us here with all the love
and caring people and will pick us up if we fall. Thank You also for Your
caring hand reaching out to the ones here that are hurting and scared, That

Ducky, thank you for sharing your beautiful stories. My little bugaboo is actually a black pug, but I always thought the boston terriers had a similar look. His eyes kind of pull back when he is given a treat, and it smooths out all his pug folds! lol I rescued an old dog once also. She was a 12 year old springer spaniel named Gypsy. Her owner had died, and we were able to give her another couple of good years.
Your story of being prayed for is very beautiful. The presence of the Holy Spirit is undeniable, and Jesus said, where there are two gathered in His name, He shall also be. I believe our solitary prayers are heard also, but we are called to pray for one another. What a blessing to have met this incredible woman, that she was a vessel of God's love and comfort to you when you needed it the most.

I ask that today my sisters would lay their burdens down at the foot of Your cross, and they be lifted by Your grace and love, full of mercy and everloving kindness. May anyone who seeks you feel acceptance just as they are, for you came to save the world. May our suffering that we have experienced deepen our compassion and love for those still suffering, that we may bring them deep comfort knowing they are understood. May you bring healing in every way, from deep emotional trauma and buried pain, to our flesh, for You have promised that by Your stripes, we are healed.

Dear Lord, We often ponder how You, Lord Jesus, are alive in heaven
at the right hand side of Your Father. We are grateful for Your bringing
our needs to Him. At the same time, Your Spirit abides in our hearts.
Still, WE think of the price You paid to free us from sin. Thank You
for dying on the cross and sacrificing Yourself for us. What would You
have us do for You, dear Lord? If we should give our life for another,
it wouldn't compare to everything You have done and are doing for us.
Just follow Me, My children, be willing to give up anything in order
to serve Me. Take up the crosses I have for you all to carry, Deny
Your own desires and aspirations daily in order to accomplish what
I call You to do.
Help us Lord, to put Your will ahead of our wants and desires, We
know when we do, we will gain joy and everlasting peace You offer
us. We are willingly dedicated to You, Lord. How wonderful it is to

Hi Ebann I need to feel God's love. Im still in shock from a routine mammogram showing a tiny lump that needs a lumpectomy. Two years ago my mammogram was clear. Im so nervous. lease pray for me and my healing.
