Joni the letters are like  Chinese or Arabic. Turkish has the same letters as ours+ few more to make the soft sounds.

I love to hug too Joni. I'm not talking about these fake ones a real hug it lifts your spirits doesn't it?

Well, I returned to work today...BMX done 6 weeks ago tomorrow.  More tired than I thought I'd be, and irritated with folks who talked to my chest.  DH (retired) had dinner ready when I got home.

Valjean-Hooray for good tests!!  May DD also get good news.

Seyla-Wish I had your computer skills.  I am going to try to post my avatar one of these days.

catbill...thanks for your compliment but i really don't have any computer skills just the picture part.

I didn't even owe a computer until January 2009 which my DD's decided it was time for their mother to move to 21st century. I was terrified. Now i don't know how I lived without.

Any questions about pictures please PM me

Isn't that nice of your DH!!!!

Such good news today so happy everybody's good news .

    Hugs

    Seyla

Yup, she's our baby.  Had just been to the groomer in this pic.  Aged 2-1/2 and loads of energy...so much fun.  She's half poodle, so very smart, and the other half is American eskimo dog, so very stubborn and independent...and spoiled rotten!  Good thing she's only 18 lbs. or we'd be in real trouble.

*sue-61* wrote....refuse to use capital letters on that word(cancer)

Thought I was the only one that did that!....lol   Stage 1...had double mastectomies and just completed my expansions.  Am waiting for the exchanges in several weeks.  My grandmother/mother/maternal aunt also had bc...my mom survived only 6 months.   If my prognosis holds...she saved my life.  Would probably have not been so aggressive with my breast healthcare if I hadn't experienced her journey....made me diligent.    Didn't think twice about having mastectomies after I got my diagnosis...

Well ladies...Just found out my last chemo is tomorrow. WOO HOO! ! A day earlier than expected.. its thrown me slightly, as I went to help a friend clean her house today, and didn't do mine... Bummer!  Ok... So I'm just going to fix dinner for the boys and then vaccuum a bit and I might throw in some laundry...Here's hoping for a good one tomorrow with few Se's. My daughter comes home next week for a month...  so I want to be good for then.   Then all I want for Christmas is hair and a new boob! But I know thats not going to happen for a few months.

Catbill Well done on returning to work... but don't overdo it.

Val jean -Here's hoping for good news for your DD. Its obviously on our minds for those of us that have daughters...We can only hope.  Super hugs and best wishes to everyone.  I'm going to make dinner....

3jays - Thanks for asking - DD came home yesterday and it is lovely to have her home.  She doesn't want to know anything about going to the doctor yet though and at 20y/o I can't really force her.  I rang Dr this morning for an appt for me and the only one available was 1.30pm on 24 DecSurprised so I couldn't get her in to see my Dr anyway and I don't want to go to an unknown Dr with something like this.  Will work on her for the next few weeks and get her in in the New Year - not happy about it but best I can do.

Val - I can feel your relief from here - thank goodness all is A okay!  Hoping you hear from DD1 soon.

Deborye - I love that butterfly too - I have used it several times when thanking people.  Fingers crossed for better blood work in March.

outsidethebox - congratulations on the end of chemo from me too - yay!!!  I didn't do chemo or rads but I know it is a long hard haul and can totally understand your joy at having finished the tx.  Hope your energy returns soon so you can enjoy your DD at home.

nanadee - welcome.  Know the feeling 'I didn't think twice about having mastectomies after I got my diagnosis...'.  I had no real family history but had always said if I ever got BC I would have a bmx and that's exactly what I did, against my surgeon's recommendation - never regretted it and never will.

grannyd - Tuesday here and coming up for you.  Hope the appointment goes ok and that you are able to get some decision made about rads finally.

Hi, I am doing alright after the first treatment. I have to admit my mind is wandering with every thought in the book now that I have begun this step. I am going to pray for peace and strength on this as there is no good in it, therefore I do not want it. Again, thanks for everything and talk soon. You are all the best group of ladies.

    Welcome Nandee. :)

    Valjean, OOOyahh, so great!

    Thinking of you Grannyd today.

Outside the box, you rock. Congrats on the end of chemo. Yes!

Deborye, I am already sending good, strong thoughts your way for your visit coming up.

Good morning, Raeinz. What time is it there for you?

    Have a great Tuesday! :)
