    Just got back from vacation today. I don't dare weigh, but I bet I've gained 5 pounds! Shocked

    Oh my goodness! I stepped on the scale this morning and it either groaned or snickered. Up 4 lbs from Mon. Hoping to check in with better report next Wed

    I 'only' gained 3 pounds on vacation, so if I can force myself to behave they should come off pretty fast......THEN I need to work on the Thanksgiving/Chirstmas 5.

    Same at 132.5. It was higher earlier in the week. I think I need to do away with weekends. Especially ones with a GS birthday.

    Only down 1 of the 3 vacation pounds. I am good all day but am having problems with the evenings!

    I'm with Wren on weekends.  Sundays kill me.  I usually cook a heavy meal for noon dinner at my mother's house.  She's 92 and likes having a family gathering on Sundays.  For years she cooked a big meal and everyone in the family had an automatic invitation.  Now she isn't up to doing a lot of cooking so my sister who also lives close to her and I have taken on the role of cook.  It's a pleasure to have my mother as the family matriarch.  I just need to exercise more will power on Sundays!

    Ditto on the problem with weekends. I would vote to discontinue weekends but since I'm still working I do need them. Once I retire (hopefully in the next few months) then everyday will be a 'weekend'. Hmmmm, that may not be a good thing if I can't handle a 2-day weekend now, how will I handle a 7-day weekend?

    Up 1 lb from last week and the sweets I ate today are not going to help. Okay, time for the treadmill or exercise tape.

    down almost 1 kilo. Had the flu and didn't eat much. Now that the appetite is back i hope i can still hang on to some of the loss.

    Up 200 grams. Relieved it wasn't more. I am less than a kilo to my goal this year.

    Down to 162 from Monday's 165.  Promised myself on Mon. that I would get back on WW plan.  Tracking what I eat is the key.

    Maintained 2 weeks in a row. I'm blaming it on Schwan's ice cream. Truth is I'm tired of this winter and eating out of boredom.

    Down to 161.5 this morning.  1 1/2 lbs above my WW goal of 160.  Hoping to reach the 160 by my birthday on Sun. the 8th.  A nice birthday present to myself!
