SO CUTE!!  Ava actually came from an English Bulldog rescue group down in Ft Lauderdale, so I'm quite fond of the bullies. She was saved with only 34 minutes left on the clock!

Not sure how old she is, or the exact breed, but I think she is probably an English Staffordshire Terrier. Some people think she is a pit bull, but my last dog was a pit bull and she's too short-legged and broad chested for that.  She has an English Bulldog body and a pit bull head though!  Sweet as pie. Loves everyone.

They are so cute!  This is Rocco,,, my last dog.  He was rescued from a fighting ring where he's been used as a bait dog.His ear flaps had been hacked off and he had bite scars on his face.   He was a great dog. Wonderful with people. He would have made a good therapy dog. Was great at comforting.

Here's Ava all dressed up for Xmas and posing with Santa. She's missing a few teeth in the front so her tongue sticks out a lot especially when sleeping.

My one rescue dog is in my avatar picture. I also have a rescue Rat Terrier, but my pictures aren't on this laptop yet. The Rat Terrier will be 15 this year. He may not be able to see or hear too well, but he is spunky as ever. The younger dog waits for him and helps him get back inside when he has to go potty. It's so cute.

Wow great pet pix...should we award prizes for "cutest pose" "best ears"  "best trick"?  They would all win.  I'd post a pic of my last kitty but my hard drive crashed along with thousands of pix...am waiting now for it to be recovered.  (maybe)

It's a beautiful day...nothing to toss really....good place to end K's party - we having cocoa & s'mores, or Godiva liqueur?

hi ladies, I just made peach cobbler and there's enough to share!

No drinking for me tonight but I am sipping an after-supper cuppa.

CBD oil is fascinating and IMHO will be proven therapy some day.

Cute pix everyone and glennie did I say welcome yet?  ♥ to all

FK  My computer is down AGAIN and will be until the first of the week.  I am on my Nook and it takes forever to type anything.  I will keep checking in and posting when I can.  I swear I want to throw the damn thing against the wall.  Guess I will have to use hubby's to pay bills.  Can't let those get behind.

    TGIF Goddesses!

Today I'd like to throw the hot weather we are having into the fire.

Here is my rant for the day. Did anyone see the news about the broken water main that flooded the UCLA campus? 8 to 10 million gallons of water was lost. Here I am stressing about the tiny bit of runoff I get from my sprinklers. Unbelievable.

Sorry to hear about your computer Jo.

Badger, peach cobbler sounds delicious. Count me in!!

It took them a long time to fix it glennie....they couldn't shut it down too quickly for fear of other lines breaking. At least that's what they said.
