the good thing is that not many people know about my bc so I hope no one finds me here ha ha ha oh well the other day there was a man in a tread and somehow it made me feel uncomfortable, he is in some of the treads asking? For his wife but I still did not like it. I don't know why.

Well I think I went to sleep around 1:30 am which was better than most nights, I got up at 7 am then had a toast and a coffee lol I realized I haven't been to the market I have nothing great for breakfast even the bread is gone. Had my last toast lol I decided not to buy more cheese I am not a cheese lover only had a portion for breakfast but I did not miss it this past week and I know cheese is not really good for me. Yesterday I finally cook some pasta al pesto lol I haven't had pasta in a very long time. So today it will be leftovers and tmw lol I think this is why I don't cook anymore cuz cooking for one person is just not easy. I always make too much and then I don't wanted eat leftovers then it goes to waist
I now like to eat simple meals or cereal but I know I am not getting enough nutrition.
Milkyway did you manage to sleep last night?
Those natural pills do help a bit, I also went for another walk yesterday around 3 cuz i felt guilty about eating pasta ha ha ha if there is something I fear is pasta. I always think it goes straight to my hips lol
Well I ll let you all know how my meeting goes tonight. My friend is to msg me when he is done work so I can go over.
I am excited to learn that new sport

well my date got cancelled lol figures, my friend got a client for this evening and there goes my meeting ha ha ha we will try for tmw or another day. My hair I stopped cutting it, yes I have an affro now lol oh well I just want it long ;(

Bb, what is working for me is this; after I shower I put a little bit of conditioning in my hands then apply to my hair then shake the head as if I am a dog coming out of the lake hahhaha ha then I let it dry just towel dry a little then let it debits thing and it looks ok I sent u pictures lol

bb sent u a pm lol everybody loves my curls and I do too I just want them long so nop I won't cut it anymore I cut it 2 times when it was like a inch or two long and I regretted doing that lol the way to grow the hair is to cut the tiny ends every 45 days but I realized that hair dresser don't know what a milimiter or a tiny end means so they often cut like a 1 cm and I can't allow that to happen anymore lol

Oh E, darn it! I was looking forward to living your adventure as my life is now returning to the same old same old. Back to working long days. Hoping tomorrow is a def. GO! Just to get out and enjoy yourself.

Life, TY, I just got home less than 1/2hour ago. I am streaming Dave ( I had an email about it, but didn't remember til you sent the link). Feel like I am back a week ago......swaying to the music and dancing with the handsome KY man on a beautiful night as tonight. So instead I have ear buds on and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine.

ok so my friend sent me a msg to call him in one hour he is at a place but we will meet today for sure, yaaaa I am happy to finally see him I realized we met 20 years ago and only have seen each other around 10 times its just crazy 😜 I ll take pictures today to share with all off you by pm lol

i had a great time, I must say there is nothing between my friend and I but I still like him ha ha ha there is some sweet connection but is just a beautiful friendship. I am happy I reconnect with him. He has done very well financially and I am happy for him. He lives by the water and has a lovely place. He took me out on a boat little trip it was wonderful. Here a few pictures

BB....I should be as good as you with the gov plate action. I have given up dairy and mot white bread /rice/ etc. However, apparently beer is my summer carb substitute. I need to give that up too......but I love it soooooooooooooooo

few more pictures I took yesterday
So here what I decided to do.
Last night I was starting at my ceiling again till 3am and I decided I should move back to my master bedroom lol when I brought my mom to live with me I move my bed to the guess bedroom and bought mom a nice bed and dresser and set her up in the master bedroom. Now I feel like I should move back to it. It's been empty and it has a in suit 1/2 bathroom. The only problem is moving the beds I need help. I will try to move my cloth first then I will see if I can get a friend to help me move the furniture. It seams like the logic thing to do. My master bedroom is huge and I guess I will maybe feel as if there is a change somehow I need a change lol

Hi ladies- popping in from the east coast to say hi! Vacation going well, been doing lots of things, seeing lots of people, and went to NYC for the day yesterday (saw a Broadway musical too!)
So the date did not happen up here, but I am okay with that too. It was very rainy as I arrived and the outdoor concert got moved inside to the new high school in town so he just opted out. However, three of my high school girlfriends and I met up that night and ended up in the sports bar here at the hotel with me, and we had the best time. So it was all good in the end. I just told Paul "have a nice summer" and that was that.
I have another day in CT and then head up to RI this weekend for the family reunion. I head back next Monday evening to NM.
I hope everyone here is doing okay.

Long day at the factory and another tomorrow. The singing doc video is going crazy viral and the local news stations was interviewing Dr. JaJa as I was passing through the lobby this evening. I heard the PR person tell the local news anchor The Today show expressed interest as well but KDKA was the first to complete an actual interview.
We all need good news in this crazy world.
