I am glad you are doing so well, DivineMrsM!

5 years Feb 5th since diagnosis! On tamoxifen for 10 yrs; not sure if it is doing anything or not because I only had 5-10% ER receptors.

5 years ago this month I got my first rounds of pre-surgical chemo. Then, the operation, then more chemo, then radiation. Still some residual side effects. Life is good.

I'm late adding here. On 12/30/2015 I was 5 years out from my last bit of treatment for Stage III IDC in one breast and in-situ disease in the other.

Rec'd diagnosis 5 years ago this week when March 8 was also a Tuesday, funny how that worked out! Had biopsy the previous afternoon, got results back in just 24 hours...

So cool to read about stage 4 & triple negatives joining this club - see you all at the decade mark in 2021 ⭐️

Hi everyone! Lots of Wows and great news from you ladies here.

Been back on the boards after a break, busy with kids and the like. Was 39 at dx, found ' unmovable' mound like lump deep near my chest wall, few weeks later confirmed Triple Negative grade 3 with node involvement. Had 2 young kids, happy kids. In senior school now and still happy. I try to do my best with each day. Feel very blessed and fortunate.

Over 8 years out now from dx, nearer to 9.

    Bless you all .

5 and a half years now here. "No new evidence of disease" is what they keep saying. I'll take it!

    Lulubbe, love your spirit.

I am almost 7 years from surgery, love to hear the No Evidence of Disease too. Going for my annual check and Mammo soon, and pray it's a repeat of last year.
