love the flower, Nancy....I guess I was lucky to have a few weeks worth of food in the closet and fridge ( all but milk and bread)..but my husband is obsessed about not having enough toilet paper..

Thanks Lisa and Yoga.
Yep, toilet paper is out on Amazon and has been for several days. My neighbor brought a package over for me when she was texting and asking how I was. I told her I had no idea people were hoarding tp like the hand sanitizers. She came right over before I could barely put my phone down. She gets auto delivery from Amazon pantry and had a good supply. I was SO thankful.
I do think we may have to find alternatives because this seems to be the case everywhere. Where is that old Sears catalogue!!!!!!!!!! Some of you younger people may not even know what that is. LOL

just now on our patio
Our governor just announced he requires those of us over 65 stay home

Lisa, that photo is gorgeous!! I'm sorry the governor wants those over 65 to stay home! That seems unfair and hard to achieve. How are you supposed to get things done and see people?

Lisa, I love cyclamen and have killed more than I dare admit. They are so pretty, but mine don't make it beyond being a house plant.

Lisa, that is pretty much the way it is here too. I am staying put and my younger neighbors have told me to make some grocery list for them. The governor has closed all restaurants after tomorrow except for drive through and delivery. I had to call my 94 yr old Mom who I visit three months out of the year and tell her I may not be able to see her for a while. She is oblivious to what is happening with her dementia. I had planned on going at the end of March. It is very sad for me but I want her to be safe. We have a lady in a nursing home in our county (they are not saying where) who is infected. After seeing what happened in Washington I fear that it may happen here as well. No one is allowed in nursing homes now other than medical staff but I have a feeling that will expand to supportive living facilities where my Mom is.
Lisa, I love your Cyclamen. Is it in the ground or in a pot? I had a friend give me a beautiful indoor plant a year ago at Christmas when I was sick and couldn't visit my family. I managed to kill that one off from too much water and it was the quickest demise I have ever seen. It was so beautiful up until then.
Cathy, thank you for your always encouraging words. My infrared heating pad was a good investment. I couldn't sleep all night and didn't get to sleep until 5am but other than being wiped out I actually do feel much better and hopefully I will be able to make my breast ultrasound and mammogram this Wed. and PT on Tues.
Stay safe everyone.

my plant is in a pot, but has tripled in size. It's huge. I keep it outside.

Beautiful. May have to visit your picture as a virtual calming place. Just looking at it I can feel some tension releasing.

Just like the tea gardens and public parks in Japan. Pleasing to the eyes from every direction.
