Cathy, I am doing better but I have a hacking cough and my sinuses need to drain and they are not. But in general I feel better. Your house will be so exciting when you can move in.

Lisa, I can only imagine how scary. With the lack of PPE seemingly all over where the hotspots are I just hope that is remedied soon.

One of our pastors was diagnosed with the virus and pneumonia in serious condition on Tues. and he died on Sunday. His son who is also a pastor at our church and his whole family were living with his parents so they are all exposed. Such a very sad situation as loved ones can't be with their family when they are dying with the lockdowns everywhere. Now friends can't be with the family in their grief because they are in quarantine. I do have hope that we will all get through this. Our countries and world will be forever changed I am sure. We will be more prepared for this type of thing in the future hopefully.

Sorry to jump in here, but bandwoman, are you on antibiotics? Sinus infections can become very serious if not treated and do not go away on their own, usually. Perhaps you can call your dr. and a prescription can be called in for you. I am concerned for you.

Nancy, I'm glad you're doing better but I'm sorry you're still feeling unwell. I pray that you get better soon and you feel at peace. I'm so sorry that one of your pastors was diagnosed with the virus and pneumonia and he died and the rest of his family are at risk. That's so sad. Sending you hugs and comfort.

Peregrin, Yes I finished a ten day course of antibiotics on Mar. 17 but I don't really think it totally knocked it out. I am feeling better and taking temp eveyday. My normal temp is way under normal so no doctor will believe I have fever when it is really elevated. Yes, I know sinus infections can go into the brain. I have had sinus surgery many years ago and I hope I am not headed in that direction again. Thanks for reaching out.

Thanks Cathy. I am doing better but I still have symptoms that don't seem to go away. Yes, this was a big loss for our church.

Lisa, if that flower was upright I would think it was a lotus flower. What is it?

Glad that you have had antibiotics, bandwoman. Sounds like you may need another course if it doesn’t clear up. I have a friend that ended up in the emergency room with a sinus infection, so just checking. Take care.

    Lisa, once again, unbelievably beautiful.

Nancy, glad you are some better and it does sound like maybe another round of antibiotics is in order. When I had a sinus infection my doc scared me by saying sinuses are too close to the brain to not take very seriously. Maybe your doc could just call in another Rx. Take good care

I'm going to share some pics from the past that will be intended for some stress relief.

Thank you for your concern. I will take it all to heart and see how I feel in the next few days.

Nancy, I second Yogatyme's suggestion. I had a tooth abscess that two rounds of antibiotics did not touch. Was told if the third round of a stronger antibiotic didn't work I would be admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics as the infection can cross the brain barrier. You don’twant to wait too long between prescriptions.

    Thanks Cathy.

I want to let you know that I contacted my primary doctor and was able to get a phone office visit with him this afternoon. I am now on a different antibiotic and nasal spray and really hoping this will knock out the sinus infection. He did not think it was Coronavirus but said we don't know that for sure but he is thinking it is still just a sinus infection. I would really like to feel good again. I started feeling like I was getting sick at the end of Feb. This has been a loooooooooooooooong haul. That you all for your concern.

Nancy, I'm glad you got to talk to your doctor and you've got a new antibiotic treatment. I'm sorry you've been feeling unwell for so long and I pray you feel good again soon!

Thanks Cathy and Yoga. I had hoped to have some outdoor time driving through our Arboretum and staying in the car but.................they just announced today that they are closing for the month. I was actually surprised they were still open for hiking trails but no indoor things. I hope I can take advantage of this indoor time and do some decluttering and throwing out stuff but just haven't felt like that lately. I am really hoping this antibiotic will do the job once and for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Peregrin and Kath. I think it is only a five day course which is much less cumbersome that the 10 day course which really didn't do the job. So hopefully I will know soon how it is working.

Lisa, that is a very calming photo. Love it.

Thanks Yoga and Cathy. I'll have to search for more images like that. I just heard on TV a few nights ago that watching pictures of nature does have a proven calming affect on us.

    Have a good weekend ladies.
