Patty ~ I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved doggy (((hugs)))
I hope DS heals quickly and is keeping as comfortable as possible. Poor kid
As for giving support to others......what you do each and every day is so much beyond that. You inspire us, give us hope and warm our hearts. Prayers for your continuing success with Xeloda and for the pain and all the other uckies to stay far away.
Now for the eyebrows.......
This site had eyebrow wigs and eyebrow semi-permanent tattoos: Headcovers Unlimited
If the boys are good at crafts, you could have some fun as a family project......save all that extra leg hair and have them use some spirit gum to make you some pretty new brows!
Other options:
Prada Eyebrow Glasses
This pair also saves you the trouble of applying eyeshadow:
These have a detachable mustache which could be used separately for the unibrow look:
And here's some angry eyes just in-case!
So many choices!

Hey Patty, a friend just sent me this link this morning. It is the concert from July 17 at my church.
This is a video of me playing flute with the choir.
I wish we could all enjoy it together in person. Love, Madelyn

Your news made my day too! Happy Dance! Chicken fried steak is one of my favorites. Isn't is amazing how much an improvement in the way we feel can put us on cloud nine? May this last for a VERY long time Patty!

so I've had a couple hard day's. Just all over aches and pains and horrible headaches. I can say the lower back pain is minimal. Hooray ! DSS have gotten a full week in back at a school. They've enjoyed getting out of the house and our lazy day routine I am thankful for the xtras rest. Hoping we can do something fun as a family outside this house. This weekend. Fingers crossed
Hugs to all. 😁😉😎

hey patty! Sorry about the aches and pains and headaches too. Boo! I've had some headaches too. I'm thinking it must be weather related? My kids start school on the 29th. Can't wait to get back on a schedule but will be so sad to have an empty house my littlest will be starting kindergarten!! And ds is playing football for the first time!! Holding my breath for no injuries! You know how that goes! I hope you have a great weekend with the kiddos! Hold on to the hope of good days to come (((loves))

Hey Patty, Sorry to hear about the aches and pains but the bright side is you do get a break from that debilitating back pain finally. It's so good to hear you sounding upbeat. Enjoy your extra rest time and I hope you have a super fun weekend!

Hootie hoo Patty.
I get headaches my last week of Ibrance. Sometimes I think it's the weather or I'm a little dehydrated. Read somewhere drinking Gatorade will help a headache. Haven't tried it but sounds interesting.
Hope you have a painfree day.

Hi Patty, thinking of you and sending you love.
We don't go back to school until after Labor Day. My daughters and I took advantage of the quiet and had a lovely time at the beach.
Hoping your DS is healing well, and bothyour boys are liking their classes and teachers this year. I'm also hoping you are enjoying some time together.
Wishing you pain free days and restful nights. Love, Madelyn

Oh ladies, these beach pictures ought to help Patty. Water is my go-to place for solace and to completely check out. I hope you can check out for a while Patty, even though you've got a busy family and I'm sure you're getting them ready for school.
Thinking of you today and wishIng the Pain-free Faerie makes a long visit to you.

good morning friends. I've been off a few days due to migraines. Too hard to focus on the words. Great news is the near debilitating back pain ive had for 3 years is so very much better. More like arthritis ache now. I can live with it. However daily migraines. Can't win for losing. Wondering if xeloda is causing migraines? I have a moappt next Friday so we will check thyroid then also. I usually get migraines when my thyroid is off. But last check was good. Super glad school is back in. I really think the sleep and rest I get while they are gone has helped with the pain. DSS are glad for the distraction.
Hugs to all my awesome supporting friends here

Hey there, Patty! Good to hear the pain in your back has improved. Bummer regarding migraines. Hopefully, it's not the Ibrance and migraines are caused by abnormal thyroid, lack of sleep, or dehydration, all of which are easy fixed. Not a good deal to trade in one pain for another.

Glad the back feels better. Do the headaches feel better at all with sleep/rest?

Glad your back pain is better. Hopefully the headaches are due to the thyroid. Maybe ask your mo about Botox for the migraines. My cousin found that to work really well!

good morning friends
I had a good day yesterday!!!! Migraines finally stopped. Ds1 and I rode for several hours in the car. Ds1 is going to take test tomorrow for drivers permit. It is his 2nd attempt. Fingers crossed. Come March he can get a hardship license which will be beneficial to our family. Trying to get as much practice time in as possible before that. So excited to be alive for this huge milestone in my son's life. Yet another goal I have lived long enough to reach. thank you God !!!
Feeling :. Blessed
Hugs to all

Hi Patty,
Ah, the first drivers license. Nerve wracking, but a huge part of teenagers beginnings of independence. Happy to hear your back pain has gotten better.
