birdsndog.. I just saw your question about Letrozole. I have been taking it since the beginning of March. I do get hot flashes daily/nightly but I am tolerating them. I asked my oncologist about diet or herbal remedies and she prescribed a 90 day supply of gabapentin. That was not my intent to take more drugs. So I have a huge bag of that which hasn’t been opened. I have to limit my alcohol and find that if I exercise and eat more plants and limit junk food and meat I have fewer hot flashes. I have no joint pain or any other side effects. I hope that helps.
