Living in CA , most of us see this everyday and understand the impact this would have on agricultural productivity. Look at your strawberries. A good number of them are from Watsonville, CA, less than an hour from Silicon Valley. We are so close that several local school districts have migrant student programs because their parents follow the crop. Am assuming that the funding for that program will soon dry up, although I don’t know if it’s state or federally funded.
I am at times overwhelmed when I think of what’s to come.2 -
