Smith and his prosecutors may even go a step further and question Trump's Secret Service agents, former intelligence officers, and people who were in the room when the ex-president recklessly discussed secret plans for attacking Iran.

BREAKING: Republican House Oversight Committee a Chairman James Comer is humiliatingly exposed as it's revealed that he engaged in EXACTLY the kind of "shady business practices" that he has repeatedly accused Joe Biden of.
You really can't make this up...
Comer, who is the chairman of the powerful House Oversight Committee, was repaid $200,000 by brother. He has been relentlessly attacking Biden for doing similar transactions with his brother James Biden.
Comer wants the American people to believe that Biden's allegedly "troubling" interactions with his brother — which happened while he was a private citizen removed from the halls of power — are proof of corruption.
The rank irony is that when Comer did his transactions he was still in power as an official in charge of overseeing agricultural policy. This is psychological projection on a whole other level.
Comer "channeled extra money to his brother, seemingly from nothing" to the tune of $200,000 shuttled through a deeply suspicious shell company. On top of that, he engaged in so-called "land swaps" and requested favorable tax treatment.
At the time, Comer was on the House Agricultural Committee which crafts legislation setting farm policy and authorizing billions in federal programs. He owned a family farm, constituting an absurd conflict of interest.
According to Campaign Legal Centre senior ethics counsel Delaney Marsco, there is a distinct possibility that Comer was working to "game a personal business advantage" from his political power.
"Conflicts of interest can occur when members serve on committees overseeing industries in which they are heavily invested or in which their business interests are intertwined," said Marsco. "Voters have a right to know that lawmakers are using their considerable power in the interest of the public, not to game a personal business advantage."
The hypocrisy is staggering to say nothing of the possible criminality. Comer should resign in disgrace.And we all know he'll resign first thing Monday morning.

BREAKING NEWS FROM CNN: “Judge Aileen Cannon has decided that, for now, former President Donald Trump will still have a May 2024 trial before her on charges of mishandling classified documents.
The classified records indictment has loomed over Trump’s candidacy particularly because of the questions it’s raised – with substantial known witnesses and even audio evidence – about how casually Trump treated national security information after his presidency.
Trump has pushed repeatedly to move this federal criminal trial and others past the November 2024 presidential election, citing how busy his and his lawyers’ schedule is, his demands on the campaign trail and the complexities of the cases.
But the judge says she will revisit other deadlines including potentially the trial date in her court in early March, days before Trump is set to go to trial for the first time as a criminal defendant in Washington, DC, a separate federal case related to his actions after the 2020 election.
By the time the March 1 hearing arrives, Cannon’s new schedule leaves few issues in the case to argue about, making it possible for the trial to happen before the election.”I am presuming that she feels some concern as to how much dirt and dust she stirred up before and likely she knows she has already been SEEN as someone way too favorable for the Loon. I also think she may think if the Loon gets fried on the NY trial (although he has already been found guilty) she may be able to do what has to be done since the Loon will not be in the best of shape to cause her too much grief. He'll be busy looing for the next meal while watching his real estate get listed on the auction block.

BREAKING: Donald Trump has a hysterical meltdown after it's revealed that Special Counsel Jack Smith will likely call numerous Mar-a-Lago witnesses to testify in the classified documents case.
This is how you know that Trump is getting very worried...
Taking to Truth Social, Trump complained that "Fake News CNN" did a story "leaked by Deranged Prosecutor Jack Smith and his massive team of Radical Left Lunatics" that "various people saw papers and boxes at Mar-a-Lago."
The story in question was reliable and well-sourced and stated that Smith might call a plumber, a maid, a chauffeur, and a woodworker from the Florida estate to testify.
"Of course they did!" Trump went on. "They may have been [sic] the boxes etc. that were openly and plainly brought from the White House, as is my right under the Presidential Records Act. I even supplied, upon request, Security Tapes to these Election Interfering Thugs."
At this point, it should be clear to every American that Trump did not have a right to smuggle classified documents out of the White House as it is a federal crime.
As for supplying "Security Tapes" we now know that Trump and his minions (allegedly) engaged in flagrant obstruction of justice and tried to hide and move things around from investigators.
Not done just yet, Trump went on to complain that the CNN story is not really "Breaking News" but is in fact "Breaking Fake News."
Gee, how clever of him.
True to form, Trump then pivoted to attacking and smearing "CROOKED Joe Biden" for having documents at his house. The huge difference, of course, is that Biden had them accidentally and immediately handed them over instead of attempting to obstruct justice.
"Deranged Jack Smith has spent over $100,000,000 investigating me on this phony Russia, Russia, Russia, type Scam," Trump added. "How much $’s have they spent investigating Crooked Joe on his much bigger boxes deal?"
It should go without saying, but Trump doesn't give a damn about the government spending money. He skyrocketed the debt and deficit during his tenure.
No, Trump just hates that money is being used to finally bring him to justice after a lifetime of crime. As far as we're concerned, this is money well spent.0 -
