Pap Flap reconstruction and recovery?

Hi all!

I'm due to have a single sided Mastectomy and immediate Pap Flap Reconstruction in a week or so. I would really like to hear anyone's experience of Pap flap recovery as I'm struggling to find any tips/ advice about recovery.
